The room and breakfast are good, but the pick-up bus is unreliable. The front desk said that the shuttle bus would come in five minutes, we stood in the cold wind and waited for more than half an hour, but nothing came!

Bad service for shuttle. Actually no shuttle service. I have to tkae a Taxi Dirty room . Shower not working Nightmare!!!!

There was a short walk to a restaurant /pub but it was not great for service. food not bad

For the price? Cant beat it. Room was super clean, super comfy, & I was allowed to check in early at no additional fee. Water pressure was fine & water was very hot. Just gotta let it run for a few seconds. Only complaint but not really a complaint is the TV. The volume was strange. If you cut it up or down it took while to catch up. But that didn’t bother me much at all. It was quiet. Nobody arguing or smoking. Nothing. Overall great stay. Would stay again.

Overall my experience was great. Clean, comfortable and convenient location. I made a noise complaint at 3am because the three individuals next door to us decided to be up yelling and arguing with each other at that time. I made my initial call to report and every call other that went unanswered. Those people yelled for at least 3 hours unaddressed.

They advertise a shuttle! When i came at 23.30 no shuttle available!! Had to take a taxi! The girl on checkin has to be the worst person I've ever deal with!!! When my sister called, gal didn't transfer call!! Nor did she answer phone when I called down! Breakfast was almost non existant!

Facility looks old. Room is clean. Good for a night stay if the plane arrive late in the night.

The staff was so friendly, and very informative on the things we asked about. Our room was really nice. The laundry area was also nice. Vending machines were stocked. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Found a bed bug so we left within an hour of checking in. Lady at the counter did not cancel our room when we asked for a refund and it charged our account double. Very dirty beds that smelled really bad and had a lot of stains. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else.

The bathroom was gross. The tiles weren’t secured to the floor. The tub was peeling and grey. Tv didn’t work. I called the front desk 10 times no answer, the attendant was in the office and was rude. The entire floor smelled like pot. I left the premises at 2am. Preferred to sleep on the floor at the airport than be at this hotel.
