The room and breakfast are good, but the pick-up bus is unreliable. The front desk said that the shuttle bus would come in five minutes, we stood in the cold wind and waited for more than half an hour, but nothing came!

Overall my experience was great. Clean, comfortable and convenient location. I made a noise complaint at 3am because the three individuals next door to us decided to be up yelling and arguing with each other at that time. I made my initial call to report and every call other that went unanswered. Those people yelled for at least 3 hours unaddressed.

They advertise a shuttle! When i came at 23.30 no shuttle available!!
Had to take a taxi! The girl on checkin has to be the worst person I've ever deal with!!! When my sister called, gal didn't transfer call!! Nor did she answer phone when I called down! Breakfast was almost non existant!

The staff was so friendly, and very informative on the things we asked about. Our room was really nice. The laundry area was also nice. Vending machines were stocked. I definitely recommend this hotel.
