When staying for the first time it was quite difficult to get in, because taking a taxi was unfamiliar, but the owner of the building provided good service, rode a motorbike out and hailed a taxi, the second advantage was that you could enter at 12:00 as usual, other places you could stay at 14: 00. In the room there is free drinking water, coffee, tea, and beer (additional charge). You can get a room on the 8th floor. There was a loud noise from the windows almost all night, not sure what caused the noise? Got up to look twice and there was nothing! But the noise sounded like someone was snatching it, but it was on the 8th floor! Who would go up and cling to the window sill? We didn't have a car, so there was a driver who came out to deliver us to the entrance of the alley, if you don't count the loud windows, and the musty smell of the room! With this price, it's not bad.

The accommodations are clean, spacious, comfortable, and there are restaurants and shops nearby. It is a very interesting place to stay.

Since the accommodation is in a deep alley, but the accommodation has a car service to deliver to the front of the alley, there is an elevator for the lights in some rooms to be less bright. Some air-conditioned rooms are not cold. Hot water and hot water service, microwave, good service staff, parking, balcony to dry clothes.

A friendly and bargain place to stay very convenient for Central Road Pattaya with its baht buses 5 minutes walk away. Some of the rooms and equipment are in need of updating or replacing but at the price for a single traveller hard to beat. I have revisited after a 3 night trip to Rayong. Less than 100 metres down the road there is quick and efficient laundry service and good massage shop. I think the previous posters thought they were reviewing the Garden Place in Bangkok not this one in Pattaya

Outstanding

Go in and out of the hotel, not far from the mall. Food is easy to find. Parking is available. Inside the room, the equipment is complete, the air conditioner is cool, the mattress is not soft, but it is comfortable to sleep without back pain. suitable for the price of accommodation

It's like he has prepared everything. In the room, everything is already prepared. The price is cheap, but it's good that they prepared all snacks, instant noodles, tea and coffee, I don't know, I think it's good.
