Maybe can improve on amenities. But overall staying at this place is great. Clean, quiet, fast internet… really2 worth of place to stay. For parents that want stay here while attending their kids UTHM reg/convo or Nursing college reg, this location is recommended. Kudos to owner to give a great infra and comfortable place to stay. Better than some KL/Melaka/Seremban 4 star hotel.

I booked this budget and basic hotel because of its location very close to Hutan Lipur Soga Perdana(4 min drive), price is affordable too. Easy to get food and Free parking, The environment was quiet and cozy, cleanliness could have been better especially the bathroom and towel(yellowish). Anyway, it was still a pleasant stay!

I had a long stay at maple lodge, but it was really good that I did not expect it coming from batu. Starbucks is right below which is very convenient.
Overall the services is extremely good. The counter receptionist are very observant and keep details in mind where they remembered which room you are in, so when you ask house keeping at the counter, they didn't had to ask for your room number.
There is a Chinese receptionist in case you do not speak malay.

Hotel is basic. Price is reasonable for basic hotel. Things are a bit old. But the good thing is ventilation is working which I can't say the same for lots of other similar class hotel. Good value if you are not expecting sky for the price. Decent and will come again when I need just a sleep after a long drive. Thank you.
