Pinetree Hotel

The hotel environment is great n the staffs are friendly n courteous. But one minus point is that our room has no hot water for showering. However the breakfast is good n yummies.

I had a very comfortable stay at Pine Tree Hotel in Batu Pahat. The room was spacious and practical, with a well-designed layout. The workspace was especially convenient, and all power outlets and switches were placed in intuitive locations. Charging options were also well thought out, including USB and bedside charging on both beds. Facilities worked reliably—good water pressure, stable hot water, strong air conditioning, and no drainage issues. The staff were consistently polite and welcoming throughout my stay.

Spacious room, clean and tidy. Not so many choice for breakfast.

Place is clean and comfortable. There are a lot of eateries around. The lift moves a bit slow so you can plan your time when you are going out.

Poor shower head, heater was weak and poor water strength. Pillow was flat and poor quality

Shower heater unstable. Not very clean as I met a big housefly almost 3cm long. Caught a glimpse of a roach as I walk pass another room. Didn't bother with it as it is not that big. Bed is uncomfortable as it is too short. I am 1.7m tall but my legs are overhanging. Front office are very blurry or perhaps the hotel cannot work as a team. Give me a room with guest inside. Rectify with no apology. You died your problem. Feel sad for the owner. Spend so much money but the staff screw him up.

Great hotel. The building looks old from the outside, but the rooms were newly renovated. The only limitation is that there is no lift or sloped pathway from the car park to the lobby, so it might be difficult if you have heavy luggage. But overall, I liked it very much — very clean, and I was especially satisfied that the room floor was not covered with carpet (as some carpets can be very dirty).
