We do try to make our classic room with shared bathroom features as obvious as possible for guest when they book. We do not control where trip.com choose to show room information. I will take your feedback on board and try to show more obviously through the photos that the bathrooms are clearly shared. We do require a credit card in lieu of taking a cash deposit or card pre-authorization, this is normal practice in hotels. I am sorry that trip.com does not state this in your confirmation however this is also beyond our control so I would recommend contacting trip.com regarding this. I will follow up with my staff regarding your complaint for rudeness, I appreciate your feedback on this. Once again thank you for providing feedback from your stay with us.
