We loved our stay at Khum Phraya Resort. It is one of the best resort we have been to so far. Having the most beautiful swimming pool that we can view from the above room or right next to your door. Food is lovely and hotel staff is friendly. We have all we want in this place. Such a lovely resort in Chiangmai

In room mold everywhere they try paint it but common it everywhere for price they asking not good deal rip of very old we have hard time to charge are phones . We have pool room but it cold anyway , around hotel nothing nice , but hotel kind of look like jungle with is nice breakfast ok nothing special not for that price , massage prices very high , in general there nothing to do in Chian May everything too far I mane mistake to come here at all

Loved the mature landscaping. Pool was beautiful. Breakfast was tasty.

Lovely place.

We both got sick from khao soi soup. Service at pool non existing. Had to walk into the restaurant to order more drinks and then again to pay. Roomservice in evening didnt answer phone 20min before closing. Called front office to help in this situation, they said sorry cant help you. Like, didnt even bother to hesitatw. Breakfast buffet later in the morning luke warm food. Not sure what is happening F&B wise on management level. From 02.30 till 04.30 had loud french people talking on the balcony keeping us awake. No faith in front office to help, so didnt bother then and accepted a bad night sleep. Shower options worked poorly. Hygiene was ok, but nosquitos plenty. Garden surrounding hotel was beautifull. Wont be enough to stay again. Neither will i go to Centara again. Spend 20 euro more and stay at any marriott. Dissapointed.

Enjoyed our stay in Centara. Got upgraded to a room with direct access to pool. Especially liked the spa in the bathroom. Staff were friendly and gave good advice about getting around in Chiang Mai.

The Best Hotel

There weren't as many mosquitoes as I thought and it was really pretty. The swimming pool was also pretty.

☆Must read for those who booked Lanna Pool Villa☆ It is said that 6 people can stay in one house, but this is incorrect information It consists of 3 double rooms and a private pool in the middle (unusable due to moss on the wall) + a separate living room that can be used by groups (total of 4 buildings) It is okay if you are willing to tolerate mosquito attacks and come and go, but our team ended up using the public pool + going outside to play The 3 double rooms right in front of the public pool are much better for half the price (The room size itself is about twice as big, but the massage room - there are 4 masseuses on weekdays, so we couldn't use it in the end, and the outdoor bathtub doesn't seem to have much meaning except for the mosquito paradise) Overall hotel evaluation - Location: It is located within walking distance of the largest Big C, not recommended for days when you plan to go back and forth in the city - Facilities: The overall landscaping is okay, but you have to consider mosquitoes + the morning wake-up call from birds + the old facilities - Overall, it is a small resort, and the beer prices at the food and beverage establishments Evil (400 baht, the room service price tag was cheaper, which was a trap), breakfast is not recommended as many reviews say - Public pool: It's relatively good, but the bar connected to the bar is not available because there is no staff in charge, and there is not enough space to rest except for the poolside villa (1st floor) + the usage time is more ambiguous than expected - Massage: The price seems a bit high, and in the case of Lanna pool villa, it seems that you can visit the massage, but it was not available because there were only 5 masseuses compared to the 6-person room) The staff in charge were kind and very sorry about Trip.com's incorrect information (they themselves don't understand why they said it was 1 unit) In fact, the pool villa seems to be used less (the poolside 2-person room facing the central pool seems okay) This is a review from someone who had a much better experience at 36 but was fooled by the information page and ended up spending 700,000 won (Trip.com's compensation was 10% cash back on the payment amount lol..)

The room is in typical Lanna style. There is a swimming pool at the back door of the room, which is very convenient. However, the water is too cold, so I only swam once. Facilities: The bathtub in the room has a massage function, and the shower also has multiple nozzles, which is very comfortable. There is a USB charging port at the head of the bed. Hygiene: It is quite clean. There are mosquitoes, but this is inevitable. Environment: Very beautiful, the design of the swimming pool is very good. Service: The waiters are very polite. There is a parking lot at the door, which is very convenient to park. There is a conference center next to it, and there is a larger parking lot at the door. There is a 711 and a pharmacy a few dozen meters away.
