Great location, although there is a little bit of jam to get in and out during peak hour. Lots of f&b, coffee, and shopping nearby. There is also a coin laundry nearby. The room is a little rundown, but it is spacious and clean.

Elevator located at level 2, luckily staff assisted to handle the luggage and the hotel should provide hand towels & tea bags. Yummy koay chup nearby hotel.

Location is great, and there are many restaurants and cafes within walking distance. Room is spacious and clean too. Elevator is at level 2 which may be inconvenient to some travelers.

Love the location . Such a beautiful view close to anywhere can hear noise from outside but I use earplugs to sleep anyway . Plane noise is the thing but not too bad. Friendly staff 🫰

My favorite hotel, hotel is center of Chiangmai (Nimman) have a lot of bar and restaurant.

It is an old and style hotel. It fits the price level.I enjoyed it.

Near one ninman . Good location and near many restaurants and shops . Slow and quiet place not like old city area. Ok to stay .

Right in the middle of Chiang Mai. Cannot get a better location than this. The price is very reasonable too.

👍🏻Excellent location for this price! 4 minutes of walking from One Nimman, lots of cool resto and coffee shop nearby. Hot shower works fine for my room Staff are polite Got tv channels from all over the world sufficient space before you book, pls consider: Budgeted hotel with minimum amenities, you have to bring your own toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers. The club AURA nearby is pretty noisy till 2am every night. Please don’t expect any pool or nice view from your room. The door just slam no matter how gentle you tried to close it. Elevator on the 2nd floor, but is ok for me as a backpacker.

The room is very clean and spacious, with enough room to comfortably fit two 20-inch suitcases. There is plenty of usable space. I personally didn't ask for housekeeping services during my 3-night stay, but they did place water outside the room every day. I was impressed by the hotel staff, and the location is great—it's at a corner, making it convenient to walk to restaurants and dessert shops.
