Good hotel. Small pool. Not much going on. But for the price can not moan at all Balcony could do with remodel but again for price cant moan. Lots of lizards on balcony.

Stayed at Asia Hotel Group Poonpetch Chiangmai and had a good experience. The room was clean and spacious, staff were friendly, and the location is convenient. Great value for the price.

Need to clean the rooms properly, improve the facilities and train the staffs to be service minded specially the receptionist.

The hotel was good but a little old. It had a nice ambience and arboriculture, good swimming pool and good breakfast. But it needs maintenance and upgrade to reach its former glory. Overall good for the price.

The shampoo and soap dispenser a bit hard to use. Experienced a night with no hot water for shower. No coffee or tea provided in the room. Definitely not 4 star in terms of amenities, but it’s generally good enough. Excellent value for the price paid.

There was absolutely no hospitality when I arrived. After unpacking and realizing that there is nothing near by I asked the receptionist where can I rent a motorbike, his response walk 3km to the nearest location. I was clearly on my own without any assistance of any kind. Given the ambiance, lack of hosilpitality, I gave up my reservation 30 mins after arrived and stayed somewhere else closer to the main area of Chiang Mai. It is my opinion this place is not even worthy of consideration. Heed my advice, go stay somewhere else.

We had a pleasant 4-night stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, and the double bed was enormous—definitely the highlight for us. We also booked a room with a balcony, which was a great bonus and added to the overall experience. The hotel seems quite popular with both Chinese and Thai tourists. On the downside, the breakfast was quite basic and often served cold., definitely not for a 4 stars hotel. This is something that could easily be improved with a bit more attention.

Everything was great except the location it was outside the old town but still it’s like a 15 min motorcycle ride so it’s fine ig. But other than that loved everything in the hotel.

Very nice older style hotel. Clean and a good size bathroom. Eateries right in front of hotel. A little out of the way from center. Needs to taxi out everywhere if you don't drive, making it less cost effective.

This hotel has been renovated exceptionally well. The place is great, the atmosphere is nice with trees surrounding the entrance, and most importantly, it's less than 5 minutes from the airport. 😃👉😘💓🇹🇭

Value for money stay, hotel surrounded is clean many parking lots, very near the airport 711 got to walk about 10min overall nice experience will stay again.

Our room had an inter leading door and we had very frisky and noisy neighbours. Young couple were up all night making loud conversations and other noises. Note to self, check if room has inter leading door before committing. Other than that, staff were very helpful, pleasant and accommodating

The bed was too big and a bit hard. I can hear noise from the room next door. Breakfast is okayish with few options.
