Perfect for families with great villas. All branded new with top modern equipments, with beautiful private swimming pool and lovely breakfast. We were a family of 5 and can’t recommend more Rarin Villas for anyone visiting Chiang Mai. Also, Rarin Villas is owning and managing the best SPA in town, strongly recommend to try it. Special thanks to Mr General Manager Phonlawat and Ms Ploy for their kind assistance. It was an amazing trip and we will be back !

The highlight of this hotel is the location which is just in front the night market and very easy to get around to find food and massage. The lobby is well decorated but nothing much on the room. The pool is quite deep 2.6m so not so friendly for family. But on breakfast they had very good selection. Overall an enjoyable stay with family.

Stayed 4 nights and the room is nicely renovated but the AC is too noisy and couldn’t sleep well, informed the front desk and the bell staffs to send someone to fix it and I was told that the engineer says is nothing wrong with the AC. At Breakfast, they serve cold fried egg on the buffet tray. Tried to ask for a hot one from the cook and she seems doesn’ happy. Overall I would give a thumbs up for the beautiful hotel and friendly and helpful bell staffs.

Le Ville Lanna Boutique Hotel in Chiang Mai truly exceeded all expectations, offering an exceptional experience that left us in awe. The hotel's location was a true gem, conveniently close to everything Chiang Mai has to offer. Just a quick 10-minute drive from the airport, we didn't waste any time getting to our luxurious haven. Moreover, we were delighted to find ourselves just 5 minutes away from the bustling walking markets, immersing ourselves in the vibrant local culture and flavors. As we took leisurely strolls around the area, we were delighted to find that the enchanting old town was merely a 10-minute walk from the hotel. Exploring the historical sites and charming streets became a daily ritual, and we cherished every moment of it. One aspect that stood out for us was the hotel's tranquil setting on a quiet road, surrounded by locals. The sense of safety and peace added to the overall serenity of the place, making it a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. Our stay at Le Ville Lanna Boutique Hotel has truly been one of the best experiences we've had in Chiang Mai. We are already eagerly planning our next visit, as we can't wait to relive the wonderful memories and create new ones in this extraordinary haven. First time in Chiang Mai and chose to stay at this hotel due to the good reviews. The rooms are big and spacious, with a huge bathroom and complimentary bottles of water every day. Far away from the main area so quiet, but did mean that we had to take a Grab for most of the places we want to go as it’s about a 15 min walk just to the start of the old town through a residential area with not much else going on. Great Khao Soi restaurant 10 mins away from the hotel though with a Big C supermarket next door.

Great location in old city. Good access to food and massage. Room is comfortable and clean. However, shower room drain seems to be blocked. Water took a long time to drain. Aircon in my room was very noisy. Already inform the front desk. Hope they fix these issues.

Our stay at Pran was pretty disappointing. The location is great to stay out of the madness of the city, but after booking because of positive reviews we were really disappointed. We asked the staff about laundry as it was listed in the services offered, but they said they “do not do that”. Unbothered we asked if they knew somewhere close we could go and in response we were told to “use google”. One evening when coming back we were confronted by the owner in front of other guests for not having breakfast and telling us she didn’t know who we were even though we had met her earlier that day. Despite letting ourselves in with the key card she also stood in our way asking if we had a room number and why we weren’t on her WhatsApp…. When we were. Overall the stay was pretty uncomfortable - maybe that’s just because we’re really not Bed & Breakfast type people. If that’s what you’re searching for this might be the place for you, but it wasn’t for us.

Despite being told that breakfast was included, we were abruptly stopped while getting food and informed otherwise. Throughout the rest of our stay, we felt closely monitored whenever we visited the coffee corner, which created a sense of unease. On a more positive note, the location was excellent, and the remainder of our stay was satisfactory.

This hotel was fantastic! I really appreciated the friendly service from the staff, who made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel is new and looks great, providing a fresh and modern atmosphere. The area is fantastic, with plenty of good restaurants and massage places nearby. We had a wonderful experience and truly enjoyed our time there. Highly recommend!

The room is very clean and spacious, with enough room to comfortably fit two 20-inch suitcases. There is plenty of usable space. I personally didn't ask for housekeeping services during my 3-night stay, but they did place water outside the room every day. I was impressed by the hotel staff, and the location is great—it's at a corner, making it convenient to walk to restaurants and dessert shops.
