In a quiet location. 3 km from tourist area. The room is okay but the wall is a bit dirty. The sink is in the shower room which kinda wired. Budget stay hotel and good service.

We request 1 more pillow. Receipt on the day you press to reserve a room in advance and the day of check-in There were no pillows in the room, so we went down to ask. The staff informed us that today the room was full, so there weren't enough spare pillows. Because pillows are available according to the number of rooms. So we're confused about how it can be called sp**** when we have the number of rooms.
And the air conditioner secretly smelled a little when it was first turned on. In the room, we didn't understand why there was a smell of food floating into the room in the morning. We stayed for 2 nights. At first I thought it was just our imagination, but the second night there was still a smell.
For cleanliness, we deduct 1. About the smell of air conditioning and food
Location: I deduct 2 points because the parking lot is far and it looks lonely.
For our service, we would like to deduct 1 for the booking that was requested. Because we requested a reservation for many days. Hotel staff must recheck bookings before guests arrive. If not, you should order a withdrawal.
