I had a great experience at the Xishu Garden Inn! Great price, great location, and great service in my two nights here. Very clean and comfortable facilities that made my stay great. The 24hour front desk English-speaking staff were very nice and I would definitely recommend this lodging for future trips.

It was so good. I extended my stay twice. Its clean , new, all staff speaks English and friendly. Breakfast was sumptuous. Ambience of hotel is Good.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. The location is near Wenshu Monastery station Exit “K”, it’s convenient. My room is silent during the night and I had good rest, unlike some busy street. It is clean too. And baggage storage service, maps provided, water refill and etc.

Choosing this hotel was one of the best decisions this trip! Service was excellent, our room was clean and made up daily, and breakfast was always delicious. The location was convenient and quiet. The WiFi is a little slow, but the TV made for great entertainment. Will 100% recommend to others, and will stay again if I'm back in Chengdu!

Could not fault the stay, especially the extremely friendly owner and staff who went all the way to address all our needs. This included getting our bag shipped to the next destination and the wonderful ‘family’ vibe of the hotel. Food was fantastic too! Rest assured, you can’t go wrong with this hotel.

Great place to stay! The English speaking staff helped us how to navigate seamless around the city. The staff is dedicated to assist customers with their own needs. Your kindness, friendliness and commitment to serve your customers are astounding. We loved our room with tree view and breakfast was healthy and tasty. Thank you for everything.

Amazong hostel ! The best I went during my last 4 months. Dorms, bathroom are very clean and well designed in a modern style. Lovely space to take every morning your delicious breakfeast. And all people who are working in the hotel speak very well english and all of them are very kind and very helpful.

Before checking in, I found that this hotel had no bad reviews. I was a little happy and a little worried. I hoped that this was a hotel where guests could feel at home, but I was also worried that the good reviews were "packaged". As a result, I completely gave up this idea on the day I arrived at the hotel. This is really a very good hotel, which made me feel the warmth of home. Hygiene: Because I have children, the most important thing I care about when choosing a hotel is hygiene. Almost all major hotels in Chengdu have bad reviews for hygiene, but this one has no bad reviews. After I checked in, I also cleaned and disinfected the desktop twice, and found that the staff here really cleaned the room very seriously, and the desktop and other places were very clean. This is really a surprise. Environment: I booked a bathtub room, and I found that it was exactly the one I wanted most. The room was spacious, beautiful and stylish, with green plants in the room, and a super large projection screen, so you can watch the show while taking a bath. The hotel environment is also very beautiful. There is an exquisite and beautiful small courtyard on the first floor. What we like most is to sit in the courtyard on the first floor and eat breakfast every day. Service: The service attitude of the staff of this hotel is very good. I called several times before checking in to consult questions, and they all gave very detailed explanations. Free buffet breakfast is provided upon check-in. Every morning when eating breakfast, they will ask if you need coffee. The children will ask if they need chocolate milk (made into a panda pattern). I really want to thank the staff here for adding the most brilliant color to our journey. Facilities: There is a small refrigerator and automatic flush toilet in the bathtub room. The hotel has a microwave oven and a washing machine. If you stay for more than three nights, you can get a free laundry. You can dry it for 25 once, or you can dry it yourself. I highly recommend this hotel. We will stay here again when we go to Chengdu in the future😄
