They have clean rooms and beach is great but animations could be funnier. There’s nothing to do after 10pm.

Nice facilities with excellent pools, water park and beach. We stayed in a bungalow which was infested with mosquitoes and smelt of sewerage. Dining was acceptable however seemed to be catering for 1000 people at a time. Dinner was ok and breakfast a lot better. It seems that the best facilities are reserved for the high rollers. We were invited to the hotel previously and had a fantastic meal in the main building however this time we left dissatisfied and won’t go back to stay.

Good hotel

The location of the hotel is very good. The sea is crystal clear. Activities for children fill the whole day. The staff is friendly but the number of staff is not enough for the guests. The cleaning is of medium quality. The food is delicious and the varieties are sufficient. The aqua parks are sufficient for children.

Overall the service was good and the food was good.

Wonderful stay,great facility including water park for families, long sandy beach. Great staff . especialy very thankfull for Mrs Esra from guest relations , zehra and serife. Only restaurant need to be improved, its very crowded. Rooms are clean and comfortable

We came here for honeymoon and everything was amazing food people pool and beach. Tnks for everythink! Rooms are cleaning every day bathrooms are clean to. Resepcion is helping customer services are perfect tnx for şerife and sina to.

Acapulco was a lovely hotel with beautiful views and pools. Lovely beach and food. The bungalows are not good and wouldn't stay in them again but the hotel rooms are great! Esra the guest relations manager was lovely and helped us have the best holiday one which we will remember and we will be coming back next year! Thank you Esra

We are very pleased with Esra, Sina, and Şerife from guest relations for being so attentive and helpful. The food was delicious and varied, and Mücahit at the reception welcomed us very kindly, as did Serap. As for the areas needing improvement, the animation team seems to be insufficient. Additionally, the walls in the main restaurant’s restrooms have scratches and stains, which do not provide a sufficiently clean feeling. Thank you for your care. Keep number one in Cyprus.

We always stay at Acapulco when we go to Cyprus. Although it is far from the beach and common areas, we asked for a room from Pinecourt again because it is spacious. Only one set of towels were left in our triple room, they sent them when we asked. It was quite crowded during our stay. The staff is working hard but it is not easy to keep up with the crowd. There are interruptions in service. The food is not bad but it does not taste as good as in previous years. Only the baklava was very very nice. They removed the ala carte restaurants from the all-inclusive concept. Now only water is free in areas other than the restaurants. I found this positive in terms of preventing waste. The prices of drinks in the bars are reasonable compared to Istanbul. We were pleased with the quietness of the beach area where we spent a lot of time. We prefer Acapulco for the beauty of the sea and the beach but I am not sure if I will pay this much and go again.

Superb suite everything else failed to impress, poor bar service, terrible restaurant, waiters did not understand English even though the menu was in both English and Turkish , in the Seaside a la carte restaurant waiter did not even know what tea was even though it was included in the English breakfast, paid for half board but ate out every night as the main buffet restaurant was overcrowded,noisy not as expected for a 5 star resort.

We have just come back from an 8 night stay in Acapulco. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Excellent facilities, beautiful location & lovely beach with the clearest sea water. We have 2 boys & they enjoyed the water slides & aqua park. Lifeguards around the aqua park were brilliant at keeping everyone safe. We found around the main pool was hit & miss with lifeguards paying attention. 1 lifeguard in particular didn’t watch the pool all day & was on his phone or sat around the till area chatting. We stayed in 1 of the bungalows, although very dark inside we loved it & easily fitted a family of 4. Peaceful too. We found the room cleaning wasn’t great. Bedding wasn’t changed once, not mopped or swept, weren’t given enough towels or toilet roll. Randomly on our last day the cleaner suddenly gave us enough towels, toilet roll & cleaned the sink, shower & toilet for the 1st time. We found the staff friendly & all working really hard. Management came across as rude to waiters especially around the main pool area & spoke to the staff really badly whilst they all sat at a table chatting all day. Buffet food was really good, there was something for everyone. Lovely to eat dinner whilst watching the sunset. There is room for improvement at the hotel but we would happily return to Acapulco. Was perfect for us.

It's all very nice the ladies in the guess it's very friendly.. Ms Esra is the beste!!!! And she have great team Zehra Sina Serife thank you!!! we love thıs hotel we appreciate about cleaning and buffet they have to much option and food is too delicious. We hope to see you again
