**A Perfect Getaway!** Just got back from an amazing stay at this beautiful resort, and I can’t recommend it enough! The location is unreal—the views are absolutely stunning, and the vibe of the place is just so peaceful. Every part of the resort had that perfect touch, from the lush surroundings to the gorgeous beach. The service was top-notch. The staff were super friendly and really made an effort to make sure I had everything I needed. And let’s talk about the spa—hands down one of the best I’ve been to! The treatments were so relaxing, and the whole experience felt so luxurious. And having direct access to the beach? That was definitely a highlight. It was so convenient to just walk down to the sand whenever I wanted, whether it was for a morning stroll or a sunset view. Overall, this place is the perfect mix of relaxation and luxury. I left feeling totally refreshed and already looking forward to coming back!

Limited car park area, if you are not lucky ,you have to pay money for having park area. We used trip application for booking and paid price in advance however hotel management demanded payment, i explained the situation to a few different personnel. Then they finally managed the problem ,during this period we waited 15 minutes in the lobby like a guilty... hotel could say at least sorry for their mistake,it was not warm welcoming and professional approach anyway rest of the lobby cleaning,restaurant and location is good and personnel is helpful apart from lobby register team. If you use ant app for booking, double check must be done before arriving...

Food was poor, prices high, service absent

The conditions are average. It is recommended to stay in a newer and more complete all-inclusive hotel. You need to wait for the elevator to go to the restaurant or the beach from the room, or you can choose to take the stairs. It is not convenient for families with children

Superb Hotel Very pleasant and dedicated team It was the start of the season and we had few people and really good quality. I recommend without hesitation

The main buildings have been renovated and everything is fine there, as it should be in a Holiday Inn. The other buildings (bungalows) are being restored; no one lives there. The funicular and street elevators also do not work, if this is important to anyone. Beautiful territory, the terraces are surrounded by greenery, everything is in bloom, everything is looked after, huge pine trees, eucalyptus trees, cypress trees, it was very pleasant for us to walk along the stairs and esplanades. If anyone has problems with stairs, please note that there is a terraced layout, stairs are everywhere.

We left the Holiday Inn Resort where we traveled with my boyfriend very happy. The hotel's food is very good in terms of price and performance, I would also like to thank the staff who work at the bars, they always made us very happy with nice cocktails and conversations. The hotel is very good in terms of service. The staff does everything they can to help. Despite it being the end of the season, everyone is smiling and very helpful. The location of the hotel is very good, very close to Bodrum center, two minutes from Bodrum wild mills [very beautiful view]. The sea is like an aquarium, there are lots of fish and you can swim among the fish. (It is in a very good location for snorkeling). The activities in the hotel are very nice and I don't think you will ever get bored. The DJ on the terrace in the evenings makes you happy with his beautiful music. We left happy and we would like to come again. We would like to thank the Holiday Inn Resort Bodrum family very much, especially the animation team who took care of us and made our holiday even more beautiful. But thanks to jack 😀😀

This is my third time in the hotel, the staff is amazing and the hotel amenities are the best. One of the most relaxing places ever, also, their food is incredible. 10/10 experience Also, ask Jack about the fun water activities in the morning enjoy!

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. The beach is clean. The vibe in the Hotel is very nice. The terrace’s view is beautiful. This is my third time here and I will for sure come back. Search for Jack when you’re there, he will set you up with many exciting activities.

The staff were exceptionally friendly and attentive, ensuring our stay was enjoyable. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a lovely balcony that provided beautiful views. The hotel amenities were top-notch. The pool area was inviting, and we loved relaxing by the water. The on-site restaurant offered a delightful range of local and international dishes

Amazing stay, the staff were all really friendly and welcoming. Beautiful views and a great location. Food options at the restaurant also great. Beach and pool also excellent. Taxi service readily available which was handy. Amazing view from the balcony of my room. Would highly recommend!

Having stayed at a number of Holiday Inns around the world and never having an issue we chose the Holiday Inn in Bodrum Turkey for our holiday. When we arrived there we were shown to our room. Prior to going out to eat at the hotel restaurant we looked around the room offered and found the shower wall covered in mould, a leaking shower cubicle, a basin plughole full of hair and an unclean toilet despite having a band around it claiming it had been sanitised. In addition the room hadn't been vacuumed and the floor was dirty and the air conditioning did not work effectively. We complained at reception and they told us that they were unable to move us and to come to guest relations at 10am the next morning. The following day they did manage to provide an alternative room that had less mold and a slightly better air conditioning system. However the TV didn't work for the first three days. So our observations of this hotel are as follows: 1. Hygiene and cleanliness were of a very poor standard. The cleaning staff were not trained and had no idea how to properly and consistently clean a room. We ended up cleaning surfaces and floors ourselves! This is not at all consistent with your 'IHG Clean Promise'. 2. The basic facilities were lacking; consumables such as water, coffee and tea were not replaced in the room, bed linen was far too small for the bed in the room, the towels were grey and old, plates and cups were left in the rooms and corridors for days on end. Cleaning was not properly executed presumably due to staff shortages. 3. We were given a free visit to the A la Carte restaurant which sounded like good news but it was a fixed menu with no alternatives for people who had dietary requirements and /or allergies. Furthermore, the steps and paths leading to the main restaurant were poorly lit and could cause injury. 4. Finally the bathrooms are in dire need of a complete overhaul and renovation despite apparently being renovated in 2023. They are looking generally tired and ventilation needs to be installed to prevent mould. On the plus side, the staff that helped us; Mohamed the guest relations manager in particular did his best to make our stay comfortable and remedy the hotels issues.
