Twin beds and a kitchen were essential, so we chose Numa. There was no front desk or staff; everything was self-service, but it was very convenient and safe. Kitchen and bathroom supplies were self-service in the essential room: capsule coffee, tea bags, toilet paper, kitchen paper towels, olive oil, pepper, and salt were all available upon request. Bath towels and hand towels were also self-service. There was a locker for luggage storage, but the washing machine and dryer were chargeable. The kitchen setup in the room was excellent: it was fully equipped with a cutting board, frying pan, spatula, tongs, spoons, forks, and kitchen knives. The best part was the small exhaust fan, which was surprisingly useful. Highly recommended!

Good location with easy access to everything. However, the hotel was hard to find on the first day as it has no reception, which is part of its concept. Unfortunately, construction work was ongoing in the entrance and corridors throughout our stay, with no prior notice, apology, or compensation. Room amenities were minimal—only 2 small bottle of water for the first day and no slippers provided.

Хороший отель, полностью дистанционная регистрация и заселение. Пришло в вотсап сообще что нужно зарегистрироваться, после чего прислали код от дверей в подьезд и комнату. На фото наземный маршруты поездов до Варшавштрассе. Из поезда идём вниз как бы вдоль линии трамваев. Вход в подьезд справа от входа в Корейский ресторан. Фото как не заблудиться приложены, в подьезде если зашли рядом с корейцами идёте до лифта и направо выходите на улицу. До заднего входа в другойподьезд- там один пролёт наверх. Только ручка открывается в своём мире, нужно понять момент когда крутить её после ввода пинкода от двери. Внутри шикарно чисто, кухня, чайник, плитка, кофемашина, утюг, две комнаты. Только сливы в умывальниках забиты. Вобщем и целом про это место не пожалел. На выходе справа и слева есть магазинчики и каынхи типа щавермы/кебабов. Немцы как-то рано в обычных кафе закрывают кухни, так что можно брать шавнрму и кушать перед гостиницой.

It was an unpleasant experience. Long story short: the hotel was overbooked and we (including a tiring pregnant lady!) were asked to stay in another one 7 km away, SE-side of Berlin, away from city center, in a relatively bad neighborhood. The clear reason of overbooking is unknown, but this happened to many customers, not just us. It either indicates the hotel is too greedy to deliberately cancel the early orders booked with lower prices (probably us), or that they have a poor management. Either way, it’s frustrating.

I stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is near Checkpoint Charlie. Only the U6 runs through the hotel, but it was convenient as it was very close to the subway station. On the day of your stay, you receive a 4-digit pin code by email, and you use the same code to unlock the hotel entrance, accommodation building entrance, and room entrance three times in total. It's fully automated, so I didn't see any hotel staff once. The kitchen facilities were basic, but it was quite easy to use. The only thing I could use for stir-frying was one small frying pan, which was a pain. Breakfast is available for 8€, but the quality is poor. It's better to cook for yourself.

Sketch is located near the Warschauer station, which is handy as you can just hop on the S Bahn and get within 5 minutes to Alexander Platz and other well known sights. The property itself, is a little hiden but a sign at the entrance of building 54 shows the 2 entraces. I usually used the elevator, which is located at the 2nd couryard (left). Note that it is the last elevator in the couryard. As soon as I entered the elevator a feeling of excitement arouse. An atmosphere as in industrialized elevator hit me, all rough and iron (in a positive kind sense). As soon as you arrive to the 3rd floor (You press 2 in the elevator), you will need your code which opens you the main door and the door of your room. The rooms seemed very new (probably refurbished), mattresses are comfortable (not too hard and not too soft). Internet was stable and strong and the overall interior practical and nice! Overall, it has been an awesome experience that I will definitely repeat.

The surroundings are so breathtaking you'll forget everything else... which might be exactly what they're hoping for! 😉 **Cleanliness: 🌟** Room roulette! My first room came with a shower straight from a horror movie - just two settings: ”boiling hot” or ”STRAIGHT FROM HELL'S KITCHEN!” 🔥🔥🔥 Had to switch to Room 2 where I was greeted by a previous guest's cigarette butt (free souvenir?) and some tiny roommates having their own little party (pest infestation included at no extra charge!). #RoommateSurprise **Service: 🌟🌟** ”Complimentary late checkout” = being locked out for 30 minutes contemplating life choices in the hallway! 🚪 WhatsApp ”customer care” moves slower than my grandma's internet! Had to explain basic faucet operation like I was teaching rocket science, and when locked out, had to share ALL my personal info AGAIN. Privacy who?? #WaitingGameChampion
