Convenient location, transportation interchange, many shops and cafes. The hotel corresponds to the description, open and friendly staff. Breakfast is good. Clean rooms, comfortable bed, the bathroom has soap accessories and a hairdryer.

We had a great stay here. Everything was clean, comfortable, and worked well. The staff were friendly, and the whole experience was smooth from check-in to check-out. We were also assigned a special themed room, which was a nice surprise and made our stay feel a bit more unique. It was very cute and added some extra character to the experience.

Hotel location is good, the room is relatively large, relatively clean, the overall price is good, there is no air conditioning. The hotel is also close to the subway, very convenient to travel, to Berlin's various attractions are very convenient.

The room was small, it was clean, and the shower was not smooth. Hotel service has no special impression. Below the hotel is the shopping mall, it is more convenient to buy things to eat.

Bettina made life so easy. She was very empathetic and kind. This made my over 15 hours flight worth it. The rest of the staff also were very friendly. The hotel was also really nice and quaint. I will definitely come back here.

It's just average, so it's hard to rate. The transportation is good, making it easy to get around, and there's a tram stop. The room facing the street was noisy. The front desk staff seemed unskilled. A man told me I hadn't paid the city tax when I checked in. I said I had, and he asked me to show him proof. I tried to find it, but when I tried to find it in Chinese, he said he couldn't understand Chinese. I showed him the booking receipt, but he said no, he needed an English invoice. ”Okay, I'll take my time looking for it.” I called Ctrip customer service, which I give a thumbs up for being very responsive. The receptionist told me to get out of the way and look in the back, where there weren't any other guests waiting. A little later, he came back and said he was sorry he'd noticed I'd paid the city tax. The stay was pretty average. The room was filled with a strong, stinky aroma, which definitely wasn't a scent. I put up with it for two days. The only good thing was that there was a Vietnamese-Chinese restaurant nearby, and the congee was delicious! It was a welcome relief for a Chinese resident.

My accommodation fee included breakfast. On the third day of my stay, I reported my room number at breakfast. A waiter asked me to wait and checked whether breakfast was included on the computer. However, he did not check other people's room numbers and went straight to eat. What happened?

Clean beautiful and well organised. I would be traveling to Poland with flixbus and the bus station was right beside the hotel so perfect location for road travelers imo.
