4nights stay in the hotel rated itself as 5-star where we find that is was overrated. The hotel itself is definitely on the super great location just few minute walk from famous attraction point- Casa Batlló. Very convenient for shopper and easy access to other spot of attractions. The only one thing un-satisfactory on our stay is the centralized Air-conditioning system. We went on the cold season and the AC system was set on providing hot air in room only. Make complain to front desk and manage to off the hot air system but the best can do is switch to ventilation mood as there is no cold air option. Even so, our room was still hot and ended up we was slept with windows open so at least it was cooling at night but here come the problem of mosquitos enter to our room. Apart from point above, our stay are still consider good and hopefully the management could look into the issue.

The twin room is large, the bathroom is huge and ventilated, and the mattress is very comfortable to sleep in. However, because the balcony room is on the side of Gratitude Avenue, it is very noisy and not suitable for people with sensitive ears. However, the service is warm, there is a terrace restaurant, and a viewing terrace. It is recommended to book a room with a view in the courtyard, which is quiet and comfortable 😌

It's OK, convenient location, delicious breakfast,

The location is very good, on Gracia Avenue, right outside Casa Batlló and the subway station. Except for the price, which is a bit expensive, everything else is good. (The hotel provides disposable slippers and hair dryers)

This hotel is close to everything you might want to see in Barcelona. The staff were lovely and had great recommendations for dinner.

Location is amazing. Great selection of good restaurants and shopping around the corner. The room only had a small rack for clothes, no other storage - we had to store everything else than jackets in our suitcases. We also had a problem with AC/heating one day but the staff was able to fix it within a couple hours.

Location wise this is top dollar. Right in the heart of the city. But its not a conventional 5*.

The place and location are Fabulous! Service and room were Excellent. I think the hotel should warn you that they are also located on top of the metro trains. The first time I heard it, I panicked! Thought it was an earthquake. You will hear a thunder that lasts about 4 seconds every 8 to 15 minutes. (between 12am thru 5am the metro trains are closed). Although we where on the top floor, you could hear the noise.

I really enjoyed the closed in balcony on Room 104. It was nice to relax and watch people walking down the street. It was also very accessible to the gothic quarter and subway hubs. The staff was charming and extremely helpful. The breakfast buffet was very good. Thank you for a non-stressful visit to Barcelona.

Did not like the fact that not a single tv channel was in English . Also they had an issue with the AC for one night .was unable to use it :((
