Had a wonderful stay in this hotel. Hotel is clean, comfortable and is located in the heart of Barcelona shopping district. It is within walking distance to La Rambla, Gothic Quarters and El Born. The hotel is also next to Casa Batllo and nearby to Casa Mila. It is less than 10 minutes walk from Plaza Catalunya which has an express bus to and from the Barcelona airport. Very convenient! It is close to multiple metro stations, shops, department stores, food and bars. The price is a little steep but it was a great stay nonetheless.

4nights stay in the hotel rated itself as 5-star where we find that is was overrated. The hotel itself is definitely on the super great location just few minute walk from famous attraction point- Casa Batlló. Very convenient for shopper and easy access to other spot of attractions. The only one thing un-satisfactory on our stay is the centralized Air-conditioning system. We went on the cold season and the AC system was set on providing hot air in room only. Make complain to front desk and manage to off the hot air system but the best can do is switch to ventilation mood as there is no cold air option. Even so, our room was still hot and ended up we was slept with windows open so at least it was cooling at night but here come the problem of mosquitos enter to our room. Apart from point above, our stay are still consider good and hopefully the management could look into the issue.

The location is very good, 3 minutes to Casa Batlló and 10 minutes to Casa Mila. It feels a bit like an apartment hotel. The hotel is very new, the rooms are large, and the service is good.

Right next to Casa Batlló, the location is super good, right on Gracias Avenue, very convenient for shopping The balcony is very nice, very cost-effective. The holiday is very long, it is no problem to unpack two big boxes. I will stay here again next time

I am very dissatisfied with this hotel! On the day I checked out, I realized that my Hoka slippers were lost under the table, and I immediately went to the front desk to communicate. The front desk refused to help find them because the guests had already checked in. After I insisted, they said they would communicate. Since I was leaving on an early flight the next morning, I had to leave the hotel first. After I left, I kept communicating with the hotel online, and the hotel staff said they would communicate with their colleagues, and nothing happened since then!

The hotel is very good overall. It is very convenient to go shopping around and go to Casa Mila. You can walk there. There are subway entrances on both sides of the hotel, and the transportation is also good.

There are restaurants and bars nearby. I watched the European Cup by the way. The hygiene is still very good. I stayed for 10 days. Every day, the hotel was very clean. I was assigned to a really small room with no windows ㅠ It was so stuffy that I asked if I could change rooms and offered to pay extra, but they said they couldn't change because there were no rooms available But Trip.com and other booking sites said there were rooms available, so I was skeptical... It was really clean, but... I don't think a room without windows for 250,000 won is worth it ㅠ

The twin room is large, the bathroom is huge and ventilated, and the mattress is very comfortable to sleep in. However, because the balcony room is on the side of Gratitude Avenue, it is very noisy and not suitable for people with sensitive ears. However, the service is warm, there is a terrace restaurant, and a viewing terrace. It is recommended to book a room with a view in the courtyard, which is quiet and comfortable 😌
