Room is clean, staffs are friendly, and location is also convenient. Coffee shop on the ground floor and will turn into a umeshu bar at night (until 10pm). The only downpoint is that there is no elevator for the building so you have to walk up the stairs to get to you’re room (at most 3 floor up). Recommend this place and will return next time when I travel.

Our stay at the hotel was quite memorable, despite its unconventional setup. Tucked away without a sign, the hotel shares space with a cozy coffee shop where you check in at the cashier counter. While the lack of an elevator might pose a challenge for some, the rooms upstairs were surprisingly modern and impeccably clean. Although our room was on the smaller side, it was well-designed and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The highlight, however, was undoubtedly the staff—they were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home throughout our visit. In terms of location, the hotel is conveniently situated close to Siam Center and Discovery shopping centers, making it perfect for those looking to explore Bangkok's bustling shopping scene. Despite being in a vibrant area, the price was quite reasonable, especially considering the quality of service and amenities provided. Overall, our family had a satisfying stay. If you're looking for a centrally located place with reasonable price and friendly service, this could be just the spot for you.

We arrived early, but they were able to store my friend's luggage as well and greeted us with lovely smiles. The atmosphere on the way to the room was cute and clean, and there are plenty of shopping malls nearby, so I'd like to stay longer!

The hotel room is simple, super close to BTS station, clean and clean cheap price is enough, only a little disadvantage is that the washbasin is relatively small when washing the face d water will be a little easy to fly out, however such a price such quality No requirements, there are cats passing by at night, remember to bring cat snacks to feed them 😛

There is no elevator, no window (there was a warning), no table, no chair, no cabinet. How to take the suitcases up to the third floor without an elevator? There is no cabinet, so the bags are placed on the floor. The room is about 5 square meters, very small. The washbasin is extremely small! Actually, it is not their fault, but the room rate is more than 300 yuan a day, which is a bit too much! And Ctrip does not investigate and verify the room prices like this?

Response from Property: Dear Valued Guest, Please allow us to clarify the following points:1) All details about the hotel, including seven photos of the Twin room and the amenities and facilities we offer, are clearly advertised prior to booking, so guests can make an informed decision.2) The location of our hotel is in the main city center (a prime area) near Siam, providing convenient access to key attractions. You can easily walk to major shopping malls such as Siam Center, Siam Paragon, MBK, Siam Discovery and Siam Square as well as the BTS Skytrain station. This prime location affects the pricing.3) Your stay was on a Friday, which typically comes with higher rates due to increased demand, especially during the high season. Rates also fluctuate depending on these factors.4) You are welcome to compare hotel prices in our area without being located in alleys or they are just 0-100 meters from main road and just few minutes walk to BTS Skytrain station. Our rates are in line with or even lower than others offering similar conditions or even with no toilet/bathroom in guestroom, and even we are new hotel in the area.5) Our hotel provides assistance with suitcases during operation hours, both at check-in and check-out. Or, even guests store luggage with us before check in, we gladly help to move luggage into guestroom when it is ready. If you require this service during check-out, please feel free to inform us, as it is part of our standard offering.Lastly, we are deeply saddened by your review, as it suggests we mislead our guest while we transparently advertise all details clearly. And, it appears that you are making assumptions without having used our services or brought a suitcase.

General evaluation of three-star hotel (300 words) When you stay in a three-star hotel, you can experience basic comfort and service quality. Most three-star hotels are relatively convenient in location and transportation, and can meet the basic needs of business trips or short-term travel. The rooms are generally spacious and tidy, with average beds and basic furniture and facilities, such as TVs, refrigerators, and tea facilities. The bathroom equipment is relatively simple, but overall it can still ensure basic cleanliness. The sound insulation effect of the room is average, and it will be penetrated by external noise. The public areas of the hotel, such as the lobby and restaurants, are also relatively simple and practical, but the decoration and environment may not be as luxurious as five-star hotels. The dining options are relatively ordinary, and the breakfast is mostly buffet style, with average variety and quality. The hotel's service staff are basically friendly and can provide basic assistance, such as assisting with booking itineraries and providing travel advice. However, there may be situations where service efficiency and professionalism are poor. In general, three-star hotels can provide a relatively comfortable living environment, meet the basic needs of ordinary travelers, and are reasonably cost-effective. But if you are pursuing a higher-quality accommodation experience, you may need to choose a higher-quality hotel.

The friendly staff welcomed us with a lovely smile. The room was clean. The spacious bed and large windows were comfortable. I wish the dining table was a little larger. The hotel is on the road, so you can hear some traffic, but the traffic volume decreases at night when you go to bed, so it doesn't bother you much. This is a very good hotel.

The room was very clean and stylish. The staff greeted me with a smile and I was happy. They were able to store my luggage after I checked out, which was very helpful. The location is also good, and I would like to stay here again when I come to Bangkok.
