You can easily walk to major shopping malls such as Siam Center, Siam Paragon, MBK, Siam Discovery and Siam Square as well as the BTS Skytrain station. This prime location affects the pricing.3) Your stay was on a Friday, which typically comes with higher rates due to increased demand, especially during the high season. Rates also fluctuate depending on these factors.4) You are welcome to compare hotel prices in our area without being located in alleys or they are just 0-100 meters from main road and just few minutes walk to BTS Skytrain station. Our rates are in line with or even lower than others offering similar conditions or even with no toilet/bathroom in guestroom, and even we are new hotel in the area.5) Our hotel provides assistance with suitcases during operation hours, both at check-in and check-out. Or, even guests store luggage with us before check in, we gladly help to move luggage into guestroom when it is ready. If you require this service during check-out, please feel free to inform us, as it is part of our standard offering.Lastly, we are deeply saddened by your review, as it suggests we mislead our guest while we transparently advertise all details clearly.
