Location is excellent, it's located at the centre of jonker street

It’s a comfortable room that is located on the quiet side of Jonker Street. Walkable to all the attractions and is surrounded by many cool restaurants

Location is superb as it's just next to Jonker. Wifi tends to be slightly spotty. Room is generally clean.

Highly recommended. Because price is worth. The room is spacious and clean. The location is very convenient to explore Melaka and very accessible to good restaurants and cafe since it is just on the street next to Jonker Street. The environment is also not noisy so that we could fully relaxed.

Cleanliness and location is good, very near Jonker street. Cons are security wise needs improvement cos anyone can just walk in and especially in the early morning when we came down, the Indian guy was sleeping at the counter and I doubt he knows who went in and out. The room is very spacious but they should provide at leastt a small piece of soap for hand washing. When we arrived at the hotel at about 1pm, since the rooms are available, why can't they just let us check in instead of having to wait till 3pm ( we heard there were less than 10 rooms occupied that night). I was abit unlucky cos 1st room issued to us was a room under maintenance, 2nd room given to us only has a towel and 1 cup for 2 pax in the room and the toilet flushing system broke down in the middle of the night, phone out of order and I had to climb up and down the stairs numerous times to ask for things. No lifts in the hotel.

This hotel is in the perfect location. Just 2 minutes walk to Jonker Street. Friendly staff, clean hotel and our stay here was very pleasant. Restaurants are just located outside the hotel and therefore, there is no need to use your car to get around Jonker Street area. Best part is that they have a car park that is free for hotel guests - see photo. We will definitely come back to this hotel to stay for my next Melaka vacation. Highly recommended for those of you that wants to stay within walking distance to Jonker Street.

The front desk service was excellent. The location is superb. Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are night markets, and Jonker Street becomes a pedestrian zone. The location next door is a major advantage. This was formerly a wealthy Dutch residence, which you can experience. The room has a refrigerator and a safe. However, the door, shower facilities, and air conditioning are old and should be replaced. Overall, the location and the experience of living in an older building are major advantages; the facilities are old, but updating them would greatly improve the situation.

The area is ok, the place is ok close to the area you want to walk.. the sink water is hot, I don't know why..

The service is good... The family room is downstairs, and the soundproofing is not good, so it is noisy... There are always people walking by, and you can hear their voices... What's unfortunate is that at around 6 o'clock in the morning, someone was practicing Tai Chi next to the room with a video... Apart from this, there is nothing else...
