The hotel location was fantastic. However, the amenities inside the hotel room were basic, and the room size was small. In the balcony, there were only one chair which was not expected from the hotel like Mercure.
Overall, it was a pleasent experience primarily due to location and accessibility to amenities. Staffs were always helpful.
I would recommend it for short holiday.

Receptionist was friendly and english spoken.
Offer us welcome drink and informed us free upgrade for our room.
Room was very clean and have balcony for viewing outside which is Hard Rock hotel driveway entrance.
Overall very satisfy with this hotel and is in central of shopping and eateries lane.

Great location in Hotel awesome staff, the pools Amazing, the rooms are clean, we really enjoyed everything will be back again.

Location is the main draw to this hotel, it is beach front with all day dining and infinity pool at 4th level which offers good view. It is next to Hardrock Hotel and adjacent to big shopping malls with Zara, H&M and many others. The neighboring street are all HAPPENING PLACES.
Room looks small because there is a movable partition before the veranda. Bad design.

Check in and out quit fast . All in 1 bath cream sound suspicious but have no choice not to use it. Located in good area but crowded. This is my last choice during visit in Kuta

Great location if you want to stay in the centre of everything with an ocean view. There is some noise from the street but that's not a problem. The front reception staff are fantastic and very helpful and gave me great travel recommendations.

Nice place to stay and it was near with beachwalk mall..it was also not so crowded as you can get peacefull day after tired exploring bali

Great location, only 1min walk to the beach. Pool overlooking the beach. Close to malls and resturants. The shampoo, conditioner and shower gel is a 3-in-1 which is very rare tk see in a 4 stars hotel but in a hostel. No safe in the room.

The location is fantastic if you’re looking for places to eat. The swimming pool is simply amazing and the breakfast was spot on and the staff there were super friendly! But the room wasn’t very clean (the bedding wasn’t changed at all - it had stains from previous guests) and there was a problem with the sink in our bathroom that wasn’t fixed. But apart from these, it was a really great stay.
