Amazing staff and great location everything was super close

Next to China Town and you can find the best restaurants and shopping area around.

This hotel is at London Chinatown. It's very convenient and you have many great Asian restaurants within short walking

Everything is been perfect!

Had issues from the moment me and my girlfriend entered the suite, The bathroom smelt like raw sewage, the Tv in the bathroom didn’t work and the maintenance man said this has been broken for several months not something you should be having issues with in a 5 star hotel, Also the hairdryer didn’t work and had to be issued one which wasn’t located in bathroom.  We had to ask reception to clean are room the following evening as when we got back no one had been in to even put fresh towels.

The hotel is next to Chinatown, good location, easy to find. Convenient for eating, drinking and traveling. The room is not bad, the bed is too soft. The service is also good, the price is acceptable and can be recommended.

The room was very small and I started getting a headache from lack of oxygen in the middle of the night. There was a huge bar in the middle of the room for no reason. I don’t know what the designer was thinking. I booked this hotel mainly at the W Hotel in Edinburgh. I was very satisfied with the facilities. I didn’t expect that the W in London was even connected to China. 400 for one night is not as good as the whole season.

I like this location. It's very convenient to go everywhere. You can walk to Soho Regentst Museum or anything else. You don't need to take a taxi. You can just take a walk. Women’s souvenirs are in the ******, less than five minutes’ walk away, so you don’t have to worry about returning home late after the show. The slippers are very comfortable. I want several pairs👌 I left my applepen on the bed sheets of this hotel. I went to the front desk Sam twice and couldn’t find it. I’m quite speechless. Bah.

The location is absolutely amazing, the service is also very good, the room size is definitely large in London. The hotel is well decorated and equipped, and there are very comfortable slippers, which is unexpected for a European hotel.

This is my second time choosing W Hotel. I have a very good experience. The service is very friendly and the breakfast options are also very rich. You can eat it directly as brunch! ! !

I don’t understand why this hotel designed the bathroom like this. It’s concealed and very depressing. The light inside is still sensor-controlled. When I shower and wash, it goes dark. I have to wave my arm to detect it and it lights up. It’s scary. The key is that the room has such a scary wallpaper. ! ! ! I don’t dare to sleep at all! After staying for one night, I couldn't stay any longer. I asked the hotel to check out, but the hotel didn't agree and had to change rooms. Although the hotel costs nearly 4,000 per night, it's not expensive in London, but the price/performance ratio is too low! ! ! Feeling extremely bad!
