Hotels with Balcony in Shangri-La

We genuinely enjoyed our time at Lisiman. When we first arrived at the hotel, we recalled being welcomed by their resident huskies. As we relaxed in the cozy lounge area, nice music was playing in the background. Despite language barrier, the staff was friendly and always attended to our needs. The hotel was located at Napa Lake scenic area side, but it was easy to find DiDi to go to Dukezong Ancient Town and Ganden Sumtseling Monastery. On our second day in Shangri-la, we ended up spending most of our time at the hotel, taking in the peace and quite while watching the animals.

Even though the location was quite secluded, it was worth the stay. The room was very well furnished and even comes with a projector screen for us to screen mirror our movies. Views were astonishing with many animals around. The receptionists were very friendly and welcoming as well! Overall very satisfied!

Absolutely loved the view & the peaceful surrounding, we woke up to the view of horses and cows eating grass. A very comfortable stay i’d repeattt its not too far from dukezong their ancient city. Also, the hotel were very helpful + assisted me in booking a personal driver to bring me to tiger leaping gorge and helped organize a car to pick me up and send me to the city. Overall 10/10 service was impeccable + lovely views

Awesome stay. We have only good things to say about this accommodation. Firstly, the location was absolutely perfect with easy car access and within short walking distance to the old town. Most importantly, the boss was very helpful and welcoming. We were thankful that he went above and beyond in helping to link us up for our tour transport which made it a seamless experience. Room was well designed, spacious and clean. Highly recommend.

Staff are very friendly Response to requests is also very fast There is oxygen supply in the hotel For me who have high reflexes very important Employees are concerned about high altitude sickness every day very warm Pick-up and drop-off service is also free The only drawback is that there is no elevator But for the luggage, there are staff to help carry it upstairs.

Loveee this hotel. The staffs are nice, the room is nice the facilities are all nice. Love the location as well. Its been my dream to slow living at farmstay and this hotel realized my dreammm. Hotel is close to the famous kdrama the hei dou Just one thing, i think the breakfast is a bit bland, especially for those who vege, quite bland. Also, just one more question. In amenities you stated baby slipper, also kids bathrobe. But when i ask the staff, they mention there is no such thing. So disappointed. Other than that, all nice

A top-class luxury resort. Fantastic views of the grazing meadows and excellent service all-round. Even though the hotel location is 10-15 mins drive away from the Old City and the airport, the hotel offers free pickup and dropoff service at both locations. Rooms are clean and well-furnished and breakfast was good. There are animals (goats, horses, dogs, and even two alpacas) roaming around the property which makes for a very relaxing and laidback vibe. Outside the rooms, there are tents and free seating around the lake where visitors and hotel guests can soak in the great views. Overall a fantastic stay and would 100% recommend to anyone looking for a stay in Shangri-La. 一家非常优秀和豪华的酒店。从房间一拉开窗帘就看到了辽阔的牧场、绿油油的大草原、险峻的大山岭、和自由奔跑的动物（有小绵羊，马，狗，和两只非常可爱的羊驼），真是令人感到舒心又解压。虽然酒店里古城和机场有十几分钟，但是酒店免费提供接送服务所以非常方便。性价比较高但花的每一分钱都是值得的！100%推荐！

We had a very enjoyable stay at Ganlo Inn.This is a very friendly family run B and B with a homely atmosphere. They provided excellent top notch service from our arrival to departure. The room was clean and the most spacious room during our whole 8 days trip in Yunnan. Heating was good in both the room and toilet. They also serve aromatic barista coffee. Location is ideal - not too inaccessible from the entrance to the old town but yet very convenientl and near all the restaurants and attractions. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to stay in the old town of Shangrila for a reasonable price and great experience.

Amazing hospitality by the staff at the hotel. Prior to arrival and throughout the stay, we are in contact with the staff via WeChat who provided helpful contacts, information and support. As we had to leave the hotel early after our first night for the Abujicuo hike, the hotel had kindly prepared early breakfast (before 7.30am) for us to takeaway. This includes fruits, milk and bread. Otherwise, the breakfast option (Chinese, continental etc.) will be decided the night before to consume at the breakfast area. As for the room, it has a very modern and luxurious concept to it as seen in photos. The hotel also provides a variety of shower shampoo, body soap and body lotion to choose from (Balmain & others) during check-in. Lastly, we appreciate that the hotel has self-service washing machine/dryer on the rooftop for us to wash clothes after our hikes.

A large beautiful room with king size bed, radiant floor heating ( appreciated on a cool rainy arrival day!) Friendly and helpful staff that went out of their way to assist us. The hotel itself is close to the ancient city as well as to regular shopping and within walking distance of many sites. Highly recommended!
