"This hotel's location is absolutely fantastic! It's directly across from Raffles City, and being on the 35th floor offers unparalleled views. During the day, you can clearly see the confluence of the two rivers and the cruise ships passing by, while at night, the entire Jiefangbei CBD lights up right before your eyes – you don't even have to leave to enjoy Chongqing's stunning night scenery. Downstairs, there's a Metro Line 1 station, making it convenient to go anywhere. The room was clean and tidy, and the soundproofing was excellent, offering a peaceful retreat in a bustling area. The front desk lady was incredibly friendly and even helped us recommend some authentic hotpot restaurants nearby. Next time I'm in Chongqing, I'll definitely stay here again!"

"I stayed at the Hilton in Chongqing for three nights and was satisfied with everything. It's very close to the subway station (Lianglukou) and Didi (ride-hailing) is also super convenient. There are plenty of food options nearby, including a Luckin Coffee right outside.
The staff were amazing! Housekeeping Auntie Chen (I hope I got the name right) was incredibly thoughtful; she brought amenities for my child and even provided a bathtub liner and bath salts. Vickie and Jason at the front desk provided excellent service and even complimentary breakfast for one day. The concierge staff proactively helped me with my luggage both at check-in and check-out. It truly felt like a home away from home, especially for a mom traveling alone with a child!
I recommend bringing a swimsuit. We forgot ours, otherwise, I definitely would have relaxed in the heated pool. I really enjoy swimming in winter."

TTaiyangwenquandanThe room was fantastic, with a strong Chinese aesthetic. Most of the furniture and facilities were made of wood, which was very comfortable. There was even a mahjong table, though we couldn't gather enough people to play, haha! The bed was very comfortable. Upon check-in, we also received a complimentary enhanced hot spring experience. We chose lavender, and to our surprise, it was freshly brewed, which was a lovely surprise. After checking out, I left my power bank in the room, and it wasn't convenient to arrange a courier. Our butler, Xiaoya, brought it to us the next morning, for which I'm extremely grateful.
Both the check-in and check-out services were excellent. When we left, we didn't even need to go to the front desk to check out, but the butler still chased us out from the front desk to say goodbye, ask about our stay, and see us off.
Although breakfast for two was included when we booked the room, we didn't wake up in time. I'll definitely try it next time I visit!

HHASKKI checked into the Regent Chongqing on Christmas Eve and experienced the festive romance brought by what I consider the pinnacle of Chongqing hotels.
🏨 Hotel Environment:
My stay at the Regent coincided with Christmas Eve, and the hotel was absolutely brimming with Christmas cheer, much livelier than my previous non-holiday visits. They had set up numerous Christmas trees, with the large ones in the lobby and various restaurants being particularly beautiful and photo-worthy. During dinner, there were even interactions with LinaBell and Santa Claus, creating a truly festive atmosphere.
Inside the room, a delicate Christmas cake and a greeting card were prepared. The next morning, I found a Christmas stocking filled with candies and cookies hanging on my door – the hotel truly put in a lot of thought with these small Christmas surprises.

I stayed in a Luxury River View King Room. Although the hotel has been open for quite some years, the room facilities are still well-maintained. The separate double vanity, river view bathtub, 2-meter king bed, full set of Le Labo toiletries, and Dyson hairdryer all made for a great experience. The river view was quite expansive; downstairs was Jiangbeizui Diamond Square, directly opposite was Yuzhong District, and from a side angle, I could glimpse Hongyadong, though it was quite a distance away.
🌟 Highlights:
Beyond the hotel environment, the Regent's service is largely the best in Chongqing. The day before check-in, the butler proactively called to inquire about my arrival time and needs. During check-in, they provided a detailed introduction to the hotel and its benefits (even though I booked through Ctrip, they recognized my IHG Diamond status and offered a member gift, a Le Labo lotion, though room upgrades and lounge access were not included). Since I was traveling with a child, the hotel also prepared a full set of children's toiletries in advance, which was very thoughtful. Additionally, the hotel offers services like 3 pieces of free laundry per person per day, a choice of bubble, petal, or lemon baths, complimentary mini-bar on the first day, and a butler closet, making for an extremely comfortable stay.
This stay also included two complimentary drinks vouchers for the Two Rivers Bar, which could be redeemed for cocktails, beer, soft drinks, etc., allowing me to experience the Christmas ambiance of the bar.
The hotel's dining options are also excellent. Breakfast is rich and delicious, especially the noodle station, which offers a variety of choices like Chongqing noodles and laksa. Robbins Grill on the 2nd floor is also considered one of Chongqing's top steakhouses, and the Two Rivers Bar on the 7th floor is a great spot for a relaxed drink. All in all, the hotel can cater to various dining needs during your stay.
🌉 Hotel Location and Transportation:
The hotel is located in the Jiangbeizui area of Chongqing, on the banks of the Jialing River, close to Qiansimen Bridge. It's separated from tourist attractions like Jiefangbei and Hongyadong in Yuzhong District by just one river, boasting a superior geographical location. It's a 30-minute drive to the airport and a 15-minute drive to Jiefangbei without traffic. Nearby, you can access Metro Line 6 and Line 5. You can also walk across Qiansimen Bridge to Hongyadong, making transportation very convenient.

GGuest UserThe hotel is well located in Jiangbei area with all amenities within walking distance - good restaurants, massage, cinema, shopping (光环mall) , coffee and etc. The hotel is superb clean and service is very attentive. Bed is comfortable, check-in/out process was very smooth. Late checkout was provided with ease. The gym and swimming are must go ! This is my 2nd time staying - each with about 6 nights stay and will definitely come back again

QQianjinxiwanwanjiangFirst off, a big shoutout to Freya, our butler! She's beautiful, kind-hearted, incredibly responsive, and her wonderful, gentle attitude made our stay truly exceptional. Of course, the hotel itself is fantastic – it's my favorite in Chongqing. The breakfast was delicious, and since I usually prefer suites, Niccolo's ambiance and decor completely won me over. The toiletries are also great and smell wonderful; I'm planning to buy some at the front desk, haha! This will definitely be my top choice for future hotel stays.

HHeiqi_Due to my work in the hotel industry, I was torn between several hotels and the Conrad before my trip to Chongqing. However, my experience these past few days has confirmed that choosing the Conrad was absolutely the right decision – the overall stay was fantastic. The day before my arrival, I received a welcoming call from Cici in the Guest Relations (HC) department, who inquired about my needs and estimated arrival time. Throughout my stay, Cici consistently checked in on me, asking about my sleep the previous night and my overall experience. Whenever I needed extra amenities, I'd message Cici on WeChat, and she would immediately notify the relevant staff to assist me. On my last day, she even arranged a late check-out for me, considering my late flight. All of this truly made me feel that Cici is a highly professional hotel staff member who genuinely considers guests' needs from their perspective.
I was also very impressed by the concierge team on the ground floor. They were incredibly dedicated, helping me with greeting, opening car doors, and handling luggage throughout my stay – they worked very hard. In particular, there's a curly-haired gentleman from the concierge whom I frequently encountered by the elevators, at the pool, and on the ground floor. Almost every time I went up or down, or entered or exited the hotel, I'd see him busily working. Yet, whenever he saw me or other guests in the elevator or lobby, he'd greet us and always insisted we go first when entering or exiting the elevator. Honestly, if I were that busy and tired from work, I might not be able to pay such perfect attention to detail. All in all, I believe my stay at the Conrad, from the concierge to the rooms and guest relations, was truly excellent!

SShironamiThanks for the wonderful five-day stay! I had such a comfortable and restful time. Every evening, the hotel would bring us various traditional sweet soups they brewed themselves, which was a lovely touch. Getting around was super convenient too; we just called for the shuttle service and they responded very quickly. I also tried the singing bowl healing session, which was a truly relaxing and peaceful experience. I loved waking up each morning, drawing the curtains, and being greeted by the healing view of the mountains and wild nature.
The third floor was relatively quiet, and we weren't disturbed by people soaking in the wild springs by the river, so privacy was well-protected.
Booking the complimentary travel photography service was quick and easy as well, and some of the fixed shooting spots produced really great photos.

CChooMNMom and myself had a lovely stay at this hotel! While there were some signs of wear and tear, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. The service was exceptional—attentive and thoughtful. To our delight, they even upgraded our room!
The private hot spring in our room was the highlight of the stay. It was perfectly warm and relaxing—just what I needed.
The resort was easy to explore on foot, and one of the standout features was the pet paradise. They had a variety of well-cared-for animals, including goats, chickens, deer, ducks, and more. It was such a unique and delightful experience!
The buffet breakfast was impressive, with plenty of options to enjoy. A special mention to the chef for preparing a perfectly poached egg—it was flawless!
A big shoutout to the Hanfu photography team. They were so friendly and welcoming! I’d like to give a special compliment to photographerMr. Yan Yan (许晏晏）who was incredibly enthusiastic and made our experience extra memorable. His warmth and energy truly elevated our entire stay at Banyan.

The front desk team was professional, warm, and highly efficient.
Breakfast was excellent, with a special mention to the breakfast host and the gentleman at the omelette station, friendly, attentive, and genuinely service-minded.

YYangxiansenshuoWe chose to stay in the South Bank district to avoid crowds and noise, and we're so glad we picked the Marriott. We stayed for 5 nights, going out late and returning early, and had a wonderful time exploring Chongqing. If we ever come back, we'll definitely choose this Marriott again.
Room: We initially stayed in a city view room (4213), and then moved to a river view room (4301) for the last three nights. The room amenities perfectly matched the pictures on the OTA – classic but well-maintained, with everything you need. From the lobby greeters and front desk staff to housekeeping, everyone was incredibly friendly and super nice 😃. Of course, the night view from the river view room was even better!
Location: Much more convenient than we expected. The subway station is right outside, it's a 20-minute taxi ride to the airport, and about 20 minutes to Chongqing North Station and East Station (for trips to Wulong and Fuling). Popular local restaurants in the surrounding residential area are just a short taxi ride away (starting fare).
Breakfast: The greeters, supervisors, and service staff in the 29th-floor dining area were all so cheerful and energetic. The variety and quality of the food were excellent; we had breakfast there 5 times and never got tired of it!
Public Areas: The swimming pool and the observation deck on the 51st floor offer an even better experience at night.
