The overall environment was very pleasant. I didn't have high expectations for a tented hotel, but the facilities here were surprisingly comprehensive. It wasn't cold at night, and the room was kept very clean.

The entire camp is like a hidden sanctuary nestled within the Shangri-La grasslands. A boardwalk across the lake leads to the hotel's lakeside cafe. Guests receive a special treat when ordering, and the kayaking experience on the shimmering lake, surrounded by endless mountain vistas, was truly memorable—so peaceful and relaxing. We happened to be there when Guojiao 1573 was hosting a team-building event on the grasslands, complete with a lively bonfire. The camp area also had small animals roaming around; the kids were absolutely thrilled to see sheep and sika deer, playing happily for an entire afternoon. After nightfall, soaking in the hot spring pool, stargazing, and experiencing the tranquil vastness of the plateau was truly therapeutic for both mind and body. Our second day's itinerary was exceptional. The host arranged a gentle hiking trail for us, leading through the lush, green Pudacuo primeval forest, where the air was thick with the scent of plants. I had anticipated it being quite strenuous, but the entire route was surprisingly flat. As we walked, a professional guide shared fascinating insights into the local flora and ecology, captivating the children's attention for a truly immersive nature experience. Lunch, thoughtfully prepared in advance, was both hygienic and delicious. Overall, the entire trip was absolutely perfect, with not a single disappointment. Not only was the environment stunning and the facilities impeccable, but the service was also incredibly detailed and attentive. In summary, both the accommodation and the itinerary far surpassed our expectations. If you only have one night in Shangri-La, this is *the* place to stay!

The owner suggested a visit to Pudacuo National Park, which truly lived up to its reputation as a natural oxygen bar – a big hit with both the elderly and children. On the second day, the camp manager arranged a customized light trek for us through a 'secret realm' of Pudacuo's primeval forest, which was an amazing surprise! Walking through the dense forest, the vegetation was incredibly lush, and the air was so fresh. I'd anticipated the trek might be a bit tiring, but with gentle slopes and such stunning scenery, we completed it before we even realized it – time truly flew by! Our professional guide meticulously explained the forest's rare plants and animals to the kids, turning it into a real-life nature classroom. Plus, the packed meals provided were very clean and hygienic. 👍 This trip truly exceeded all our expectations. We had hoped to also try the off-road route up to Abuji Lake, but time didn't permit, so we'll save that for next time! From the exceptional service and personalized itineraries to the hotel's fantastic environment and facilities, everything was simply superb. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel! This was my first trip to Shangri-La, and my friends and I had planned to visit Abuji Cuo. Conveniently, the hotel offered direct excursions there! **Amenities**: They provide L'Occitane toiletries, which felt very luxurious. **Cleanliness**: The hotel was spotless. **Setting**: I'd say it's one of the best in Shangri-La. There's a vast grassland right outside the hotel, and the crabapple blossoms were in full bloom, which was absolutely stunning! Behind the hotel, there are extensive rhododendron fields. What's more, the hotel even has lambs, deer, and peacocks! There's also a cafe located on an island. Their coffee is excellent and beautifully presented (very Instagrammable!). The second floor is perfect for photos, and there's a spacious terrace nearby. Enjoying afternoon tea there was incredibly relaxing. **Service**: The service was absolutely outstanding. They created a dedicated chat group for us where we could pre-order our meals, and the restaurant would have everything ready. If we wanted to use the private hot spring in the evening, they would go ahead of time to adjust the water temperature for us. Soaking in the hot spring under the crabapple blossoms was incredibly romantic! The next day, when we went to Abuji Cuo, an off-road vehicle picked us up directly from the hotel. They even provided a dedicated photographer and a support staff member for our trip! On the way up, our photographer-guide introduced us to the area's scenic highlights, and the vast fields of high-mountain rhododendrons were absolutely stunning! We had lunch on the mountain, for which they prepared seasonal fruits, sandwiches, and even oxygen tanks as a precaution against altitude sickness. The service was truly exceptional! It was quite windy at Abuji Cuo, but they diligently found us a sheltered spot. They also helped me take fantastic photos and even assisted us on challenging parts of the trail. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Shangri-La.
