The managers were very friendly. They greeted us with puer tea and a delicious bread. (The bread was so nice that I wanted to know its name) A staff led us to our room and explained about the facilities. After we came back from a walk, there were welcome soup and fruits in the room. The room is very clean, large and nice. We used the humidifier in the room as winter in Shangri-la is really dry. We used the oxygen supplier but it turned off for some reason during the night time and we couldn’t find out how to turn it on. It’s only a 15 minute walk from the Dukezong old town. The hotel also offered a drive to the train station. Thank you!

It was a great experience to stay at this hotel! As soon as I walked into the hotel, I was attracted by the warm and comfortable environment. The decoration style is simple but stylish, and the atmosphere is particularly cozy. The room is spotlessly clean, the bed is tidy, and there is no odor in the bathroom. The details are carefully considered. The facilities are complete, with floor heating and oxygen supply equipment. What touched me most was the enthusiasm and thoughtfulness of the boss. When checking in, he not only patiently answered various questions, but also provided pick-up and drop-off services. Especially on the last day, when we had to catch the high-speed train very early, the boss still got up and sent us to the north gate, and only left after seeing us reach the train. In short, the experience was very good👍

The hotel is situated close to the North Gate of Dukezong ancient town. There is a service which gets your baggage to and fro the hotel. It’s an amazing hotel with a superb interior and incredibly hospitable staff. The lady at the reception was so nice that she helped us walk through the slippery staircases when we checked out. I loved everything about the hotel - also the great view of the city and modern sanitation facilities. It was great value for money too. Would definitely recommend!

I had an incredible stay at this hotel in Shangri-La. The owner is exceptionally helpful, kind-hearted, and considerate. He personally picked us up and dropped us off at the train station, which made our journey so much easier. He even helped carry our luggage up to the third floor and ensured everything was taken care of. The room was very nice, tidy, and spotless. He also upgraded us to a bigger room, which was a wonderful surprise. The location is excellent, with the ancient old town and key attractions within walking distance. This homestay is the best! Very recommended 👌🏻 the host is very accommodating. The location is just perfect. It’s near to everything. There’s bed warmer and floor heater and the toilet comes with automatic bidet. There’s washing machine and even extra jackets that can be borrowed from the hotel as we undermine the cold in Shangrila the puffer jacket we borrowed really help us a lot with the cold. There’s pickup and dropoff service for free to and fro the Railway Station. The room that we book is really nice and the view is also nice. Please stay here if you come to Shangrila. You won’t regret it.

You must stay at this B&B when traveling to Shangri-La. The experience is great. It's very close to the ancient city. It's about 3,400 meters away. Don't stay in the ancient city when traveling. It's messy and the roads are very difficult. It's convenient to go anywhere outside the ancient city. The boss lady is also super nice and very considerate. The hotel has breakfast, which is very convenient for people going out. Where do you want to go here? The boss lady will give you some ideas. When we left, the landlady had already come to our hometown and gave her a unicorn brooch.
