The view from the room was fantastic, being right by the river and offering a great panorama of the Yangtze River. The staff were extremely attentive; we received complimentary cookies upon check-in, and in the evening, a large platter of welcome fruit was delivered to our room, which was so generous we couldn't finish it all. The hotel breakfast was of excellent quality, with a wide variety of options, and the coffee was delicious. I would definitely consider staying here again. My only minor complaint was that the air conditioning couldn't be adjusted below 26 degrees Celsius, which was a bit uncomfortable for someone sensitive to heat.

The environment is great, the rooms are spacious, the views are beautiful, and the breakfast spread is very rich. The staff are also very polite and friendly to guests. However: 1) There were children continuously screaming loudly in the gym, and no staff came to manage them. 2) The breakfast restaurant was very crowded on the weekend. The hosts should have been prepared earlier to control the flow of people. Today, after being let in, there were no empty tables, and guests were still being let in continuously afterward. It was chaotic, and everyone stood around, unsure of what to do. 3) A child kept dragging their chair while eating, making a lot of noise, and no staff member came to inquire about what was happening.

Yun Mushan is located about 5 min walk away from Xiaoyaoxi Bus Station. This is 1 of the bus stations where you can take the shuttle bus to the Huangshan cable car station or start your hike up the mountain. So it was very convenient. Next to the B&B is a minimart & there are some restaurants along the street too. But we didn't eat at any of the restaurants there as not many options. The room is spacious,clean & comfortable.Go up to the rooftop to check out the view. Host even decorated it such that you can take Instagrammable shots there. However, just 1 thing to note. The toilet & shower are partitioned by a see-through glass in between. It's ok if this is a couple stay, but guess will be awkward for friends, cannot use the toilet & shower at the same time since can see clearly what's happening next door. 🫣😂

The hotel is in a great location, very quiet, with nice scenery and convenient transportation. The breakfast is rich and very good. Hanna, the assistant lobby manager, is very friendly and helpful. I am very satisfied with the room I was given. [Strong]

From the moment I arrived, the customer service at the Shangri-La Hotel in Hefei was impeccable, with staff anticipating every need. My room was a sanctuary of cleanliness, where every surface gleamed and the linens were freshly pressed. The hotel is actually quite good, with complete facilities and clean rooms. The location is a bit far from the core area, but it is convenient to take a taxi. On the day of check-in, we encountered *** guests next door. The soundproofing was average. They quarreled all night long and the noise was audible. Complaining to the front desk was of little use. I felt helpless.

I especially want to praise the staff, whether it is helping to carry luggage or patiently answering surrounding travel guides, the service is considerate and efficient. The location is also great, with convenient transportation, and the surrounding business districts and attractions are close at hand.
