The hotel and family room were very good & clean and had everything you need in the mountain area, thick jacket, umbrella, heater, torch. Water flow was nice and heater was steady. Xiaoye the staff was super friendly, helpful, and sending us many reminder about how to use the amenities and even gave free breakfast for my boy. At 9pm a staff sent the snacks to us like cakes, fruits and dried tea huangshan specialites. My hubby seldom want to give good rating but this time he was the one keen to give 5 stars rating. Bai Yun hotel is definitely the one should pick to stay, to bright summit around 45min walk as we are slow walkers, not a good climber haha.. very lucky day to get the sea of clouds and sunrise, very beautiful indeed. The hotel is highly recommended.

It’s expensive, but when you’re up in that part of the mountain, everything is. At least the prices weren’t criminal. When you compare it with similar places in the U.S. or Europe, it’s actually affordable. You can’t catch the sunrise in Huangshan any other way; you must spend the night in a lodging up in the mountain, so why not go with a comfortable choice with good food.

The location is good, away from the busy food street. Easy pick up and drop off outside the hotel entrance. Food street is across the road. Front desk staff are friendly and attentive, and help arrange for a driver to the nearby ancient city. There is a small mart next to the hotel entrance. Hotel does not provide breakfast service, but there is a breakfast spot and small bakery adjacent to the car park. Room is clean and high tech, cold air conditioning available during my stay in early November. Delivered more than expected, great find in the touristy small town. Please rephrase

Everything about the hotel exceeded my expectations. From the quality of the hotel’s breakfast and location to the responsiveness of our assigned caretaker: 小河(XiaoHe). Upon arrival I added 小河’s WeChat and was shown - on a map - what I could expect to see given the length of our stay. I was even given information about the likelihood of a clear sunset/sunrise - and when my girlfriend needed it 小河 called the mountain clinic to purchase Pain killers! My favorite part of the hotel will have to be its location. It’s a 30 minute walk from YunGu cablecar, a 10 minute walk from a good sunset/sunrise spot!

Hotel was great - particularly as it's on top of a mountain - and that in itself is special! Costs for everything are expensive but fair considering the location. The room is fairly small (but very functional), you won't need space as you won't have luggage. Room comes with warm jackets and a torch so you don't need to bring those things for a sunset/sunrise. We were in what seemed like a newer block so the interior was modern. Shower was hot and decent. Breakfast and dinner (180 yuan per person) had impressive variety considering everything gets up the mountain on a cable car and then manually carried to the hotel. Location is good as it's next to the Taiping cableway but we walked from the popular Yuping cableway carrying small overnight packs. It is very possible in one day! We descended the next day via the Yungu cableway which was a much easier walk. Note the closest lookout for both is a 20min uphill walk with the path starting from the hotel (and another path for those who aren't staying there.) We saw a spectacular sunset and not much of a sunrise. Both were well worth it but of course you're at the mercy of the weather. Receptionists could speak basic English and will also give you bottles of water and communicate weather and sunset conditions to you via WeChat. If you can't understand Mandarin you can use the translate function in WeChat. Free laundry service too but we didn't use it.

1. The hotel was conveniently located and is easily found, approximately 8 kilometers (or 5 miles) from Hefei-South-Railway-Station, the region's largest high-speed rail station. 2. A generous 50 square meters (around 530 Sqft) room area, providing a spacious and effortlessly maneuverable living space. The presence of a freestanding soaking bathtub next to the window added an enticing element, creating a truly relaxing environment. 3. The room was tastefully appointed with modern amenities, including a water boiler and a secure deposit box. My stay was exceptionally delightful. The room's expansive layout and carefully considered design enhanced its overall comfort. The capacious and exquisitely cozy bed, harmoniously combined with the room's color palette and decor, established an aesthetically pleasing ambiance. 4. The buffet offerings were a feast of opulence and indulgence. We savored the extensive array of dishes. Additionally, the executive Club lounge on the 24th floor presented an opulent buffet dinner alongside an array of delightful beverages. The buffet breakfast on the first floor consistently maintained a high standard. The buffets presented were resplendent, featuring a plethora of options for us to relish. 5. The reception staff warrants special recognition, embodying not only friendliness but also impressive efficiency and accommodation. In particular, Ms. He (何小姐）, from the Service Center, exuded a warm and welcoming demeanor. I was elated when my modest request for a late check-out was graciously fulfilled. Such a positive service attitude is undeniably commendable. My sole regret is that my stay at the Intercontinental Hotel was confined to a single day. The next time I have the opportunity to visit Hefei, I will assuredly opt for the InterContinental Hotel once more!

This was my first visit to the famous Huangshan. My tour agent helped us book the entrance fee, cable car, and electric bus tickets. We needed to show our passports at every entry or boarding point, as the electronic tickets were linked to our passport numbers. The hotel we stayed at is a nice one, located right next to the Yuping cable car. However, be prepared to climb another 15 minutes to reach the hotel. We arrived early at 10 am, so our room was not available yet. We left our small backpacks at the hotel and trekked to the Bright Summit. Along the way, we saw monkeys and passed by the Baiyun Hotel. By the time we returned to Yupinglou Hotel, it was almost evening. The trek was scenic but very tiring, with many stairs. Our kind and helpful host, Yu Jian, from Yupinglou Hotel was in constant contact with us through WeChat and recommended places to visit. This hotel is closest to the Celestial Capital Peak, but I was too tired to climb it the next morning. I highly recommend climbing this peak and will do it if I have the chance to visit again. Overall, it’s a nice hotel to stay in. Don’t expect too many luxuries, as it’s located on top of a rugged mountain. Even the vegetables and food need to be carried by porters to the hotels, which is no easy task.

One of the best hostels I’ve ever been in! It’s a small family run hostel and like everyone else said the hosts are incredibly warm and welcoming. It felt like a home away from home. We had a really nice evening with tea and wine, there are foreigners from time to time but mostly Chinese tourists though they spend a lot of time translating and trying to include you in conversation. The host will organize transport for you from the train station for just 40RMB (shared ride) and they’re not trying to rip you off at all - like the little things they sell such as water and snacks I found cheaper than the nearby shops.

The hostel offers pick up/drop of service from Huangshanbei station so it is really convenient to stay. Plus the owner can speak English and suggest the plan for hiking in Huangshan. If you need driver services you can also ask the hostel to help you find one. You can buy water or instant noodles in the hostel or the convenience store in front of the hostel. Overall good value for money, will come here again if I have a chance.

the hotel was nice. Its a bit far from the downtown but nearby you have some metro station. hotel was clean and the studff was very kind. also they helped with my luggages and they called me a taxi

The hotel room is very good, with a standard area and reasonable functional areas. The front desk upgraded the room type with a bathtub. It was very comfortable to take a bath at night and relieve the fatigue of the day. The hotel staff also had a good sense of service. The front desk check-in introduction was comprehensive. The breakfast variety and taste were very good. Because I am from Hefei, their breakfast is more in line with my taste, especially the tofu pudding is very authentic. I will come to eat it next time. Very good, in short, it is worth recommending.

Hotel is located in a central spot of Hefei downtown, close to everything. The hotel room itself is reasonably clean, however moulds can be seen in corners and edges in the bathroom as the room is a bit dated. There was some loud noise from the young couple staying next door or the level above at midnight, we had to call the reception to remind them to be mindful of other customers staying in the hotel.

The hotel's location is superb. Subway station right to the corner. Mini market next to the main entrance. Within walking to Huaihe pedestrian street and Bao Garden. The breakfast serve at the revolving restaurant on the top floor with 360° view is the bonus for guests.

It was my first time staying at The Langham Hefei, but I can also say it was my third as I extended my stay twice. The staff's courtesy, warmth and the right level of care started right at the moment I entered the hotel lobby. The wall to wall and floor to ceiling marble can be cold, but The Langham Hefei 's lobby feels warm and welcoming due to the yellow hue of its lighting I believe and its staff. I immediately smelled flowers after I stepped in the lobby, pleasant, not overwhelming. It came from a huge bouquet composed of hundreds of pink lilies, not the pink roses representing The Langham. I prefer lily's smell anyway. The bouquet is by the front desk, so guests could enjoy lilies while waiting for check-in. As a matter of fact, I waited no time. Ada Yang greeted me immediately and checked me in within 2 minutes. I was very glad I moved from the other 5-star hotel which I had been told was the ceiling of the Hefei hotel scene. It took that hotel 10 minutes to check me in. The breakfast experience at The Langham Hefei was also great! The Seasons restaurant is big enough so that the seating was always available whenever I went down, which was not the case at the other hotel. In addition to daily cleaning, House keeping also came in the afternoon to make sure every everything is in good order and ask if additional supplies are needed. After two nights stay, I decided to change my original hotel hopping plan and continued staying at The Langham Hefei. It was again Ada Yang who helped me with the extension. She was warm, professional and efficient as always. Due to my itinerary change, I extended my stay the second time. This time it was Kristen He (XIAO He) who helped me. I experienced the same Langham quality from Xiao He - courtesy, warmth, knowledge and efficiency. She explained to me the responsibilities of each front line role and Langham's efforts to optimize guests' experience.She even went extra miles to ask her manager's permission to give me a complimentary Happy Hour. The Happy Hour is on the 44th floor at The Langham Club where mini buffet and beverage are provided 5:30 - 8:00pm. The staff there, Tracy, Lucy and Anne, were equally exceptional! They were proactive and ready to help. I asked for a Cosmo, but the cranberry juice had run out. Lucy made one with grapefruit juice and it tasted wonderful! Thank you, Ada, Xiao He, Tracy, Lucy, Ann and each every staff I met, you made my stay a memorable one!

Location is pretty close with airport, they provide shuttle bus, but we arrived almost midnight and there's no bus there, luckily I met someone in airport whom very helpful to call the hotel, and the hotel send big car to pick us up at the airport. Room was very spacious and clean, just the wooden floor seems very old, need refurbish. Bathroom is very spacious and clean too, but if you can put heater in the bathroom will be great, coz bathroom is very cold. Breakfast was okay, many choices, and we like it, not fancy but its okay.

This time I chose Hilton Hefei, the experience was very good. The staff were very enthusiastic. Mia called to inquire about my needs before arriving at the store. She was patient, meticulous and considerate. There is also free parking service for guests staying at the hotel. All five-star recommendations~

The hotel is located in the Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street. The floor is high and there is no noise if the windows are closed. It is convenient for shopping and far from the subway station. The room is quite big, and there are free drinks. The bath water is also very big. Overall, I am very satisfied.

Great location close to the river. Recommend to choose a room with river view. The price is a little higher but it is worse to do!

The suite is very large, facing the lake of Silver Lake Park. The children have a special toiletries set. There is a Chivas massage chair, a starry sky tent and a slide in the room, which can be enjoyed by adults and children. The breakfast is rich. The price-performance ratio is very high! Near to Wamda and Wuhu Train station. It is accessible to places and very convenient transpo if using Didi. The receptionists are friendly and considerate given that we arrived earlier before our check-in time. The hotel is clean and cozy however the hotel towels are old and torn. In addition, we were disappointed with the breakfast buffet. Nothing to eat better. 😢 Hope you could serve better food next time. To sum it up, we are satisfied on our stay in the hotel. ❤️

The hotel is in a good location, with parking spaces in the underground garage. The rooms and breakfast are both OK, which is in line with the price. However, I have to raise a serious issue with the hotel, hoping to draw its attention. The specific problem is that there is no escape diagram in the hotel room, which cannot guide guests on how to find the safe exit and escape quickly in case of fire or other dangerous situations. According to convention, there is usually an escape diagram on the back of the hotel door, but your hotel posted an anti-fraud reminder. I don't know if the hotel owner has noticed this problem, and I don't know how the fire department in Wuhu checks its work. Give it four stars as a reminder.

The hotel is in a good location, right by the Yangtze River. The room type booked in advance on Ctrip was well arranged by the hotel, and you can see the river view. The transportation around the hotel is convenient. There is a supermarket downstairs and Xinbailian, which is also very convenient for buying some daily necessities. In addition, the hotel breakfast is not bad, with a relatively large variety of Chinese and Western styles. The hotel facilities are a bit old, but the hygiene is still positive. I will book here again when I come to Wuhu in the future.

Located in the downtown area, next to the light rail. There are 24-hour food around. The room is well furnished, with a 2-meter bed and toilet. Although the room is only 22 square meters, it has everything. The most important thing is that the price is still very low, it is worth staying.

Great hotel - wonderful location with amazing view, clean and spacious rooms, and good service. Pool was great too, warm even during winter time (changing rooms rather chill though). Breakfast was pretty decent, including some choices for western breakfast. Overall experience is great, totally recommend this hotel if you plan trip to Wuhu
