Awesome! Since I was traveling with a child, I specifically booked a tatami room. The two beds pushed together made for a super large sleeping area, and as soon as we entered, my baby was crawling around, exploring everything with great curiosity and having a blast rolling around on the bed. The hotel offers a shuttle service, making it very convenient to get to Huangshan. The hotel also has its own restaurant with delicious food and generous portions; we ended up eating both our main meals there. The breakfast buffet also had a good variety of food options. All in all, it was a great experience.

Service: Absolutely fantastic! I've never seen executive lounge staff work so hard. Our butler, Xiao Guan, was especially wonderful and catered to our every request! We had a very comfortable stay; the kids didn't even want to leave. The hotel food was also delicious. The location is excellent too. Swan Lake is right downstairs, and in77 shopping mall is just a block away on foot. Walk a bit further and you're at MixC shopping mall.

I stayed at a local guesthouse, and the surroundings were absolutely beautiful with mountain views on both sides. Waking up to fresh air in the morning was incredibly refreshing. The guesthouse driver was super friendly and hospitable, offering free pick-up and drop-off within a 3km radius, with no limits on the number of trips. There's also a lovely bookshelf in the lobby where you can sit and relax. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Huangshan!!

Had a great stay at the hotel! The view from the window was lovely, and I really enjoyed the free indoor heated pool. 🌹🌹🌹🌹🌹 What really stood out was the beautiful large lawn in the park downstairs, and the Kangxi River trail was perfect for jogging while enjoying the scenery on both banks. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around, and the service was excellent. A special shout-out to the front desk staff for being so thoughtful and attentive – they even upgraded my room! This will definitely be my first choice again next time.

This hotel was a very comfortable stay. The location is easy to find and very convenient for getting around. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the service attitude was excellent. The room was clean and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I slept very soundly at night. The bathroom was clean, there was plenty of hot water, and all the toiletries were provided. Breakfast was also good, with enough to eat well. Overall, it was a great experience.

I arrived at the hotel at 10:30 AM due to travel, thinking it might be a hassle to check in so early. To my surprise, the landlady at the front desk was incredibly kind! She mentioned my booked room wasn't ready yet and upgraded me to an available deluxe room. The room was genuinely spacious. The best part? Soaking in the private hot spring in the courtyard right outside my room at 4:00 PM, I turned beet red from the heat – it was absolutely blissful, hahaha! 😂 (The photo was taken from my room entrance)

Staying at this hotel was incredibly convenient for our Huangshan trip, as the trailhead is right nearby. It's definitely one of the more satisfying hotels I've stayed at in the area. Why did I choose this place for my first visit? Because many friends who had stayed here before specifically told me there are four branches in the scenic area, and recommended it. The hotel staff were also very thoughtful; they called us in advance to warn us not to take a certain route if we were driving. It was excellent, truly excellent, and definitely worth recommending.

I took my parents out to travel. I saw that it was newly opened on the Internet. After booking, I felt more than expected. The room was very clean and the decoration style was simple and comfortable. The local specialties cooked by the proprietress are very pleasant. Overall evaluation five stars 👍

Staying at a Shangri-La is always a safe bet, and this trip to Hefei was no exception. I chose the Shangri-La Hotel again, and as always, the service was excellent. From the front desk staff to the ladies at the Horizon Club on the 27th floor, everyone was gentle, meticulous, and thoughtful. Truly deserving of its five-star rating.

Visited Hefei during the May Day holiday and staying at The Langham was an absolute delight! Before I even checked in, my dedicated butler, Jane, proactively reached out to confirm my needs. Throughout my stay, she was incredibly attentive, constantly checking in on my experience, and always reliable. Any issues were promptly resolved, showing her meticulous and thoughtful service. I felt completely secure and well-cared for at the hotel. The environment is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and it's super convenient for getting around and finding food. If you're coming to Hefei, The Langham is definitely the place to choose!
