I checked in the hotel at 21:30 and found some broken in the bathroom. I noticed this issue but this hotel did not change my room. So, I should be waited for a long time (over 30 minutes) in the room. I cannot understand why they did not repair in advance. Someone can see the broken everyday.

They replied for the second time that they looked for it, but there was no wallet; the third time I continued to insist that I was sure that the wallet was under the quilt and asked them to look for it again. The third time I was told: We have checked twice, and there is nothing. So I had to return to the hotel anxiously at night and communicate with the front desk to find it myself. They said that there were new guests checking in and they couldn't find it, and they were no longer patient. They said, lady, I have told you several times that we looked for it but there was no wallet. I said, then I will knock on the door in my personal name to find it. It has nothing to do with your hotel, okay? They made me wait until almost 9pm, and tried to persuade me to leave again. Seeing that I was still insisting, they had no choice but to knock on the door with me. After I told the new guest the purpose of coming, I entered the room and went straight to the quilt (although I suspected that the room was cleaned and it must be gone), but it was so magical: I opened the quilt, and the wallet appeared, and I got it in a second. I shook my head at the front desk brother who came with me, and he nodded awkwardly, and then said sorry to end the matter. It’s terrifying to think about it: 1. The hotel does not clean the room for the next guest at all; 2. The hotel is irresponsible and has no professionalism. You can’t even provide the most basic service. Second: The service is very poor. I booked a double bed and double breakfast this time, and I stayed with my child. She told me that because there were two people staying, I needed to pay another 150,000 Vietnamese dong. I asked why, and she said that this was the rule here. I said that when I booked, it was already very clear that it included two people, what rule, she coldly told me that this was their rule. I refused and asked to find their manager to confirm, and then they said you don’t have to pay. So the rules are so casual? Then we were given a room that was like in the patio, damp, and very musty. The unpleasant smell hit us as soon as we entered. The phone was not working. It was just for show. I had to go down to coordinate a room change. Third: There was no three-pin plug, and the hotel did not provide any conversion plugs. Fourth: They didn't really contact me to understand and discuss this matter until I posted a review on Google, but they just went through the motions and said a bland apology.
