One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at so far! I arrived at the hotel around 5 AM, and fortunately (thank you for the receptionist who attended me), they had a room available for early check-in (for half the price). The view was absolutely amazing, and the room was well-equipped with a mini-fridge, TV, hair dryer, disposable slippers, bathrobe, towels, and complimentary coffee, tea, and water. The breakfast? I highly recommend booking a room with breakfast included! It’s a buffet with an extensive selection—mains, soups, and desserts change daily. They also have pies, cheeses, breads, cereals, and so much more. I didn’t even recognize some of the dishes and didn’t get to try everything, but everything I did taste was absolutely delicious. The location is also excellent, with bus stations and the subway just a short walk away. I was able to walk to several tourist spots like Panfilov Park, Green Bazaar, and many more. One of the best features of the hotel is the keycard system — you can only access your assigned floor and the first floor, where the reception is located (from there, you can easily walk to the breakfast and spa areas)

Excellent location, first class service at this well established hotel, with a long tradition formerly managed by the hero who in his younger years put the victory flag over Reichstag in Berlin. This hotel is modern renovated and decorated to s high standard, esthetically and technically. Heating works like a clock, andvroom have s balcony with nice views, with no traffic noise. Nice breakfast too There are Whoosh Jet and Yandex scooters, cable car, parks, pedestrian street, subway all within walking distance.

During my stay, I really enjoyed my room, comfort and convenience of this hotel. Also it was a wonderful involvement into the history and prospects of the Almaty hotel which is located in the historical center of Almaty and provides high-quality service for the clients. Breakfast is highly recommended.

100% recommended. Bfast is very good. The only problem we had was that the ac was not functioning well looks like it wasnt cleaned recently. Very hot even if its temperature is low already.

Very good! The room is very clean and new. The only drawback is that it is a new hotel with a decoration smell. Very satisfied! The location is also very convenient and it is easy to find food around.

The hotel is very new, the service is very good, the room is not big, but it has a terrace and you can see the snow-capped mountains in the distance, which is very good

The hotel is located in the city center, specifically in front of the Kazakhstan National Opera and Ballet Theatre. Bus stops, trolley buses, and subway stations are nearby. Russian and English are spoken at the front desk. The rooms are spacious enough. The contents of the refrigerator are in the minibar, which is charged (you will be asked if you want to use it when you check out), but the bottled water on the desk is free. It takes a while for hot water to come out of the shower, but it will work if you wait a while. The breakfast buffet has a relatively large selection. (I'm not sure if they accept requests) I recommend rooms on the National Theatre side/Kabanbay Batyra Street side as they have a beautiful view!

The decoration work started at around 8 o'clock in the morning and it was so noisy that people couldn't rest. Hotel service is very poor.

The hotel is about 15 minutes away from the airport. The room is very clean. There are many drinks in the small refrigerator and a rich breakfast. Turn right at the hotel entrance and take bus No. 12 on the opposite platform for 200 yuan to the second to last stop to reach Almaty National Park.
