The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around, and the breakfast spread is fantastic with plenty of variety. It's really easy to go anywhere from here. Plus, the price is very reasonable, making it a great choice for family trips. The staff are also very attentive and professional.

The hotel's location is great, right in the city center with convenient transportation all around. There are direct bus routes to all the attractions. The ladies at the front desk were incredibly nice and enthusiastic, giving us great recommendations for places to see in Yangzhou. Definitely worth recommending!

The lobby of the Yangzhou Slender West Lake Junting Hotel has an antique charm that perfectly matches the ancient city's style. The location is superb; the moat is right across the street, and Ge Garden is only about 1 kilometer away. Slender West Lake is less than 1 kilometer, making it incredibly convenient. Breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes with local specialties. For our family room, there were two large beds. Room facilities and view are excellent, with a nice view outside the window. The smart toilet even comes with a remote control. Parking is available in a dedicated parking lot. Service: The booking included breakfast for four people, but only three of us arrived. They actually refunded the cost of one breakfast, which was a very pleasant surprise – highly recommend! A big thank you to 'September Orange' at the front desk for their warm and thoughtful service.

Let's start with the downsides: Since the family room can accommodate three adults, there should be three sets of towels, bath towels, tooth mugs, drinking glasses, and coffee cups, not just two. Even children or teenagers need their own bath towel and tooth mug. Also, the curtain button was sometimes a bit unresponsive. Now for the positives: 1. The location is excellent, making it convenient to get anywhere. You can walk to the South Gate of Slender West Lake, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. 2. The breakfast was good; while not exceptionally lavish, it had everything you'd expect. The coffee came from a machine and tasted great. 3. The terraces on four of the floors are a major highlight! Breakfast is on the 11th floor (top floor), and on a nice day, you can dine on the terrace, enjoying the lush forest view and a distant glimpse of the Qiling Pagoda while being shielded from the sun – a fantastic experience. You can also enjoy the night view in the evening. 4. The hairdryer is a Dyson, and in the lobby downstairs, there's a coffee machine, tea, hot water, and bottled water available.

This hotel is truly excellent. Its location is superb, and both the guest rooms and the lobby are beautifully designed. I had a very comfortable stay and have already recommended it to my friends.

Fantastic location, right between Slender West Lake and Dongguan Street, both within walking distance. Plenty of dining options nearby. The hotel itself is modern with great facilities including a laundry room, gym, and an automatic rooftop garden with a view. Breakfast is delicious with a good variety, and parking is free. Highly recommended!

Having stayed at many hotels, this one left a truly deep impression on me. It's incredibly refined and elegant. The facilities are excellent, and the decor is delightful. The service attitude is absolutely top-notch, beyond words. I highly recommend everyone visiting Yangzhou to choose this hotel; it's also very conveniently located close to all the major attractions.

The room was very comfortable and perfect for families with kids. The bathroom was huge and even had a Dyson hairdryer. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time, highly recommended!

Stayed at Junting Hotel with my family. The hotel's scent was lovely, and there was complimentary tea and coffee in the lobby, with the lemon tea being particularly refreshing and thirst-quenching. The room was clean and tidy, and any requests we had were promptly fulfilled. The bath bags provided next to the bathtub were a thoughtful touch. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including many Yangzhou specialties. I highly recommend the Yangzhou dried shredded tofu and the oil pastries. Besides those, the grape juice, braised goose, and duck blood vermicelli soup were also delicious. I especially want to commend the Hanfu photoshoot service included in our package. The photographer was excellent at capturing great shots, and his guidance on lighting and posing was both professional and patient. It was a truly memorable experience that received unanimous praise from my entire family.

My stay at Junting Hotel was truly excellent value for money, exceeding my expectations. I arrived on Friday lunchtime, and the front desk staff immediately checked me in and even gave me a free room upgrade. The upgraded room had a bathtub and was much larger than the original room I booked. It was very spacious and came with some lovely complimentary items: earplugs, a bath mask, disposable bath liners, disposable toilet seat covers, alcohol wipes, and a good set of toiletries. The sofa, table, chairs, and bedding in the room were all very comfortable. I had a very restful night's sleep. The hotel's location is superb. You can easily walk to Caiyi Street and Dongguan Street. It's also not far from Slender West Lake, just a taxi ride of about 4 kilometers. There are plenty of dining options nearby as well. Overall, it was a very satisfying experience. I'll definitely choose Junting Hotel again if I have the chance.

Pros: Great location! Turn left, then left again, and you can walk to Slender West Lake. Turn right, and you'll find Yiyuan, a famous local spot for morning tea (foodies should definitely check it out, it's always packed with locals). The security guards downstairs are very dedicated, helping direct traffic and even assisting with luggage and bags, which was much appreciated. The room has a fridge with complimentary drinks, including Tea's Original, though I'm not sure why they only provide one of each. The lobby offers free bottled water, even heated, which is very convenient. Cons: The hotel is located at a crossroads, so soundproofing isn't great. Light sleepers should consider this carefully. One of the front desk staff had a poor attitude, acting indifferently when I brought up an issue, which was quite frustrating.

The hotel parking lot is quite large and has many charging stations. The security guard was very friendly and helped with our luggage, and they were diligent and responsible at their post.

I forgot to bring a pen and paper for my business trip. I asked the front desk if I could borrow a pen, but they said there were pencils in the room. How long do they think a pencil lasts? Just because it's peak season in Yangzhou, does that mean customer experience doesn't matter?

The overall environment is quite good, especially the in-room amenities. They've thoughtfully provided a lot of useful items, such as disposable toilet seat covers in the bathroom, which are changed daily, and snacks in the room.
