There is a noticeable difference in how different guests are treated. I requested to have both rooms on the same floor, but was told the hotel was too full to accommodate this. As a result, I paid an additional fee to upgrade one room. Despite this, the guests in that room only vacated at 4:06 PM, and I didn't receive any call, even though we left our room around 6 PM. When I asked the Reception about this, they claimed they called our room, but no one answered. It's unrealistic to expect someone to stay in their room all day without stepping out, especially since I informed the Reception during check-in that I could be reached on my mobile. It feels like because I didn't pay the full price and only topped up an additional fee, our room was only available when we returned to the hotel at around 10 PM, and no snacks were provided unlike in the fully paid room. I requested a late checkout for just one hour but was told only one room would be granted this privilege. Yet, other guests were allowed to check out as late as 4 PM. There is a clear and significant disparity in the treatment of different guests. Snacks and amenities should be replenished daily, not just provided on the first day at check-in. However, this has not been consistent, as some rooms received these items while others did not.

Definitely enjoy the journey from the Resort Suite to the Shopping Centre (sunway pyramid). Locations is great. For the room, it is not a hotel however it is good enough for 2 nights stay. I didn't use the fridge(it was not on from day 1), I didn't use the cooking space nor the kitchen area. Good stay. Good space and good area to be at.

We were upgraded to the Deluxe room! They gave complimentary softdrinks, snacks & cookies with this room. This room comes with a shower & bathtub. Complete basic toiletries. The bath gel smells good! The hotel is connected to 1Utama mall, so you can shop till you drop! The parking is complimentary. We definitely will come back!

I was a little taken aback by how slow the check in process was. I basically stood there for a good 10 mins seeing 2 ladies struggling at the check in counter trying to checking guest. The room was not ready until I check with them again at 2.45pm. I can still see bunch of hairs and even found a pacifier under the bed from previous guest I presume. The water in the basin did not go down well. We couldn’t even brush our teeth at the sink but in the shower. All and all it’s a nicely refurbished hotel but service needs improvement. Checking out was speedy but no one offer to help with my luggage even when I’m holding a baby.

Walking distance from lobby to the paradigm mall We book without breakfast and have breakfast at coffee bean inside paradigm Parking is quite tricky to find, need to call the hotel, they said to park at yellow area Receiptionist check in us in the wrong room 2 double bed, but we book king size bed. Different price. Need to go down and settle with the receiptionist. After that everything is fine. Pleasant stay. Spacious room and toilet, TV is modern and variety channel.

Celebrated birthday at Sheraton PJ. They gave a complimentary cake on the day of my birthday. Overall experience was good. Downside will be the location, can be confusing for first timers driving in, as the entrance is at a narrow corner which is easily missed out. Have to detour a big round if missed.

Located beside Subang medical center . Hotel is pretty rundown. The hotel was holding exhibit of an artist. Went to the salon located at the lobby . Boss is very friendly and price is very reasonable. Had my keratin treatment done . Upon entering the room , the walkway outside the bathroom was wet . Housekeeping forgot to close the fridge door resulting on the watery patch . This hotel is suitable for younger couples who drives . Personally will not recommend for families with children as there’s no amenities nearby other than 1-2 coffeeshops opposite the hotel and a kmart ( about 10mins walk) .

Second time here. Location location location. First time we booked 2 rooms, requested for connecting rooms. However we were given a so called family room (1 bed room apartment, living room turned into a bedroom), layout was poor and we had to share the bathroom! Second time, we stayed as we had to attend a night wedding near the hotel. We were given the room facing e-curve. It was noisy with music until 10pm as e-Curve was having food festival. The room was smelly, most prob due to sewere or water leakage from the old pipping.

The reasons booked this hotel was to attend wedding dinner nearby this hotel. The moment we checked in, the reception informed me that their rooms' air-cond got a problem, waiting for the spare parts to repair. The room air-cond was not cold, but it still can be acceptable. The checked in procedure just took too long, and the receptionist staff need more training.Room size is big & renovated. Overall is ok for me !
