Wow, took Parking lift to the lobby and was welcomed warmly hy the Hotel GM personally. What a Great gesture, a Great surprise. Room was up graded to executive King size also a pleasant surprise without my knowledge. Thank you So much

Eastin is an old but charming hotel. Love the view from my window. Breakfast is good. Staff are helpful. Not close to amenities but MRT is close by. Grab is easily available. Not far from Subang Airport. Nice and quiet pool.

Like usual when i want to chill and relaks i always choose eastin hotel. Easy for me and so far every month i will stay at eastin hotel.

Eastin Hotel is trully awesome!! Last time when I’ve booked there, something happened to my room. But then when I complained to them, they upgraded my room immediately! Omg in love with their services! ❤️❤️ As attached is upgraded room by them 😍😍

The bath towels are super old with ripping edges. Water heater is plastic. Very rude attitude of a lady who answered my phonecall from the room. They will not let you check-in early (even on weekdays when you can obviously tell they are not full) probably because they may want you to go to their restaurant to spend money there while waiting. There is a smell in the room. I usually book one night only at the beginning and extend it more if it's good - in my 2 months in KL moving from one hotel to another, this is the only hotel I didn't extend my stay. 3 star hotel is even better than this.

Good experiences. Nearby with MRT and mall. Room is very clean. But, the furnitures is quite old and breakfast not so tasty.

got a connecting room for my stay this time, a lil bit worried bout my privacy and safety but all is good. the food was great and yummy, room a lil bit small but still okay, overall it's good as always 🥹
