It's the second time I stay here. I really like this place. The location is great (many restaurants, craft beer, and easy subway access), the staff is friendly and diligent. They offer a wide range of prices from shared dormitories to private rooms. This time I chose a private room instead of the dormitory. It was small but very clean and I had a balcony. Shared bathroom and showers were very clean.

The room was great, with an en-suite bathroom and very clean bedding. Its central location made it convenient to get to all the attractions. Overall, it was excellent, and the price was quite reasonable, offering great value for money, especially if you're a solo traveler.

I had a great stay at this hostel. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I arrived, which made the experience even better. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and I was provided with fresh towels during my stay. I also appreciated that everything felt well-maintained—no issues with pests or bedbugs at all. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant place to stay. Highly recommend!

I spent four consecutive days in Lisbon. While the location might seem a bit out of the way, the nearby metro station made transportation incredibly convenient. Lisbon itself is absolutely stunning. I was genuinely surprised by how beautiful its vintage, golden trams are. Bathed in such vibrant, almost painterly colors, the city instantly felt so much more elegant and grand.

the location of the hostel was good — The Hygge Kaffe (amazing cafe) is located just next door. one downside is that as we took the room on the top floor (ie 3/F), the lift doesn’t reach , it only goes up to 2/F, hence you would have to carry your suitcases

Staff are kind and enthusiastic If you like to lively and make friends, here is a good choice But if you like a quiet vacation, it is not recommended to choose Close to the road, the sound of cars and people sometimes is very loud However, the hostel provides earplugs If you don't have foot power, don't choose because it's a bit awkward to walk two flights of stairs.

SSefy LevyThis hostel is located about 3km walk from the center city, but does have some close by attractions (such as the Jeronimo's Monetary) The room is extremely small, if you seat on the edge of the bed and try to stretch your legs, you'll most likely hit the wall. We had our room replaced, as the first room had zero privacy for the toilet and the second room gave the illusion of privacy (as you can see in photos) We've not seen any of the management, as everything is done thru WhatsApp to contact them and they will respond. Breakfast was OK, it had a bit of choices but there was more cakes and cookies then actual food.

GGuest UserDecent location. Room size was fair however the floors could have been cleaner. The blanket was very thin and even with the heat on, I had to fold the blanket in half so that I would be warmer. The room was quite noisy, I could hear people talking in the hallways, their rooms, and there is quite a lot of traffic by the elevator. The bathroom was ok, the shower water pressure was nice but the temperature control was a bit difficult to turn. The sink water did not have any warm water option, and it felt quite wasteful every time you needed water from the sink it would keep running until it turned off. The wifi was spotty at times but when it did work it was fine. They had a bar and welcome drink which was nice, the outside patio also looked cute. The breakfast was a bit disappointing: toast, cereal, some fruit, and cucumbers and tomatoes. One gentleman asked for coffee and the attendant pointed to the machine and said ”it's all there”, but when I looked at the machine, all the coffee options said ”unavailable”. The machine needed some cleaning as well. The selection of teas were quite nice though. The location is decent, about 10 min walk from the start of the Avenida da Liberdade. They do have a kitchen on the ground floor if you preferred to cook your own meal (which would have been better than the disappointing dinner I had). They offer walking tours too which is cool. Typical hostel experience.

AAnonymous UserThe facilities, cleanliness, environment, and service were all good. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay with excellent value for money. The location near Lisbon's city center was incredibly convenient, offering superb public transport links; restaurants, supermarkets, and the metro were all easily accessible. Having a kitchen, a back garden, and a bar further enhanced the convenience. I would definitely return if I have the chance. My only minor issue was not getting a lower bunk, which made climbing up and down quite inconvenient.

SShirleyleyThe hotel is a 5-minute walk from the nearest subway station, but please note that there is only an escalator from the platform to the station lobby, and there are only stairs from the lobby to the ground level. If you are carrying large luggage, it is best to take the bus. It takes about 15 minutes to walk from the hotel to Rossio Station in the city center. I also walk to and from the city center every day to save transportation costs. Before check-in, the hotel contacted me to inquire about the check-in time, so I had to reply because the staff may be out sometimes. The hotel reception is in a unit on the right side of the third floor. My room is in a unit on the right side of the second floor. The unit on the left side of the same floor is where the locals live, so be careful not to ring the wrong doorbell. There are small elevators from the ground floor to each floor. Each unit has multiple rooms sharing 3 bathrooms, one of which only has a toilet. In addition, they put some stink balls in the washbasin, probably to prevent mosquitoes, so there is a smell of stink balls in the bathroom, which is a bit strange but acceptable. There are some black molds on the leak-proof rubber edge of the bathtub. As for the room, the beds are very clean, but there is some dust in some places, such as the baseboards and the electric extension cord (mop). If you have a mysophobia, you should pay attention to it. In addition, there is a dining area on each floor, which is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator and water heater for convenient dining. There is also a terrace for smokers. The room I stayed in, No. 204, had a small terrace with a view of the No. 28 tram stop, so there was a chance that I would be woken up by the sound of the tram passing by early in the morning. For those who are easily woken up by noise, it is recommended to bring earplugs. There is a medium-sized supermarket within a 5-minute walk from the hotel, which is convenient for purchasing food. Since I stayed during the Easter peak season, it was great value to be able to stay in a single room for less than HK$400 per night including tax. It is also worth mentioning that the staff here are very friendly and helpful. They even told me that I can get a discount at the restaurant diagonally opposite the downstairs with my room key.

GGuest UserOh, it was an unforgettable experience. The settlement at 4:00, no one sends the code, although before that we were written off and everything was ok. 30 minutes later, the girl sent the instruction with the words ”I have sent you already. Ok, I will send again.” It turned out that the girl confused us with another tenant. We were in touch with this girl 20 minutes later and tried to figure out why she sent me and him the same room number and code. We got it and went to the second floor of the hotel, our room was there. The hotel is still at the stage of the interior finishing, the builder works, the entrance to the second floor on the other side. The number is small, with a cut roof, I am normal, but people of high height, as my husband may not fit. Sunozles separate from rooms, will not suit those who love their own. It was a minus, now a plus The second floor is a clean, modern, comfortable hotel, a pleasant eye. I went to a big sauna and I want to say that washing through a small open window to the mountains and the green was indefinitely pleasant! People in the hotel were a little, it was almost always free. Also on the second floor there is a terrace with a view to the city, one table and two chairs that we took and arranged dinner with wine. We had a beautiful view of the Mount with the Mavrov Castle, and the cafe was sitting on the streets with a company and a guy playing and singing on the guitar, which also added to the fascinating tonight. And in front of the terrace something like a kitchen with microwave oven, teapot, couch and table/chairs. Down, where the first floor, there is also a terrace, but we were not there, there too cozy. Therefore, in general, I liked the stay very much, there were difficulties only with settlement. The location is perfect, a few minutes from waiting was shown by the Sintra. I would stop here again on the second floor.

AAndrew LSTAn Absolute Gem! Exceeded All Expectations Rating: ★★★★★ (5/5) Stay Details: Solo Trip, several Nights, City View Room Review: The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk from the main subway station and within easy walking distance of all the major attractions. Despite the central location, our room was incredibly quiet and peaceful. The room itself was spotlessly clean, modern, and surprisingly spacious. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud, and the blackout curtains ensured we slept in every morning. A special shout-out to the housekeeping team for their attention to detail. The staff were the true stars of the show. The concierge, gave us brilliant meal recommendations. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!
