The check in process is very unfriendly for foreigners. The instructions are unclear. The 24/7 contact will be answered on the 5th or 6th call. It took us an hour to get the key and correct location for the room. The key and the room are two different places. Other than that, the room is very nice for a family. Cozy and spacey. Very nice location. 10 mins walk to the station. If the check in instructions can be improved, it is a nice place.

The hotel is in a very good and strategic location, close to the city centre and easily accessible to public transport, restaurants, and main attractions. It is also well known by the locals, which made it very convenient when asking for directions or arranging transport. One of the highlights of the stay is that the accommodation provides basic cooking essentials, which is very helpful for guests who prefer to prepare simple meals during their trip. The facilities are practical and suitable for a comfortable short or extended stay. Overall, it is a convenient and pleasant place to stay, especially for travellers who value location and simple self-catering options.

ロバニエミの小さな清潔なホステルでした。オーナーの女性は、すごく親切で、LINEも使いこなせて道案内やオーロラハンターの友達の紹介もしてくれ、とても助かりました。自分でも真夜中に、周りに光のない公園にオーロラを撮影に行き、iPhoneで我ながら上手なノーザンライトが撮影できたと思っています。また機会があればぜひとも行きたいと思っています。オーロラハンターのプロの人とは、今でもWhatsApp等で連絡を取っています。夜中にフィンランドからスウェーデン国境を超えて、晴れてるところまで連れて行ってくれ、撮った写真は全てWhatsAppからダウンロードできるようにサービスしてくれました。大きな会社ではできない個人経営の素晴らしいプロのオーロラハンターでした。
