Very close to CIQ, the hotel is new and the staffs are attentive. A deposit of RM50 cash is required during checkin and is returned uppn check out. The hotel do provide disposable tooth kits. The shared bathroom is clean and tidy, one small dissatisfaction will be the poor sound proof, we can hear the construction noice made in the midnight.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at this hostel. The dormitory was clean and the bed was comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport and nearby food options. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The only downside was that the shared facilities could have been better maintained, and it could get a little noisy at night due to other guests. Despite that, it was still good value for money, and I would consider staying here again if I’m looking for a budget-friendly accommodation.

1. Free but old and dimly lit parking lot. 2. Slow check-in process at the front desk. 3. Strong smell of soap in the hallway. 4. The room was okay, but there was no toothbrush or slippers. There were a lot of hairs and black spots on the bed, and the towels were dirty. I contacted the front desk to change the sheets and towels, and it took 20 minutes for someone to arrive. 5. You have to carry your luggage up the stairs from the parking lot to the front desk. A sign on the stairs says the door closes at 12, so you have to use the main entrance. 6. Very limited breakfast options, and the milk was sweet. Fried eggs cost extra.

The capsule hotel is managed by an elderly couple. The reviews were mixed, between they're being nice vs being mean. What about how I thought? ”They're being very kind and trying hard to run the business for travellers convenience”. It's never easy to run businesses and it's not a charity so some may think if youre in business you should be at least act like a pro. For those who said that..then can you be one nice customer to the business owners? Not to forget..they're elderly, yet they did their best to help you with your stay with certain in house rules, which is manageable by the crowds they're having - solo/friends travellers - gamersalike Personally chat and understand that they're constantly tired and wired to the place and it's a very tiring job. Leave some kindness to the world and be kind to people around us, you will find wonderfulness. The rest I'll leave it up to yourself to judge.

Bathroom was noisy when it's electric was turned on. I didn't know and this disturb my sleep

The checkin guide only provided same day 2pm which is a bit late. Overall room is spacious and okay, with dining table, TV, wifi and small sofa. The only issue is the present of quite some mosquitoes...

One of my fav hotel Batu pahat. Easy self check in service. Easy access to room. Very comfortable bed. I asked for room extend and they gave me extra 2 hours without any payment. Exactly beside petrol station.
