Clean, with relatively complete facilities and it's also quiet. There aren't many toilets and bathrooms, but they're sufficient. Transportation isn't super convenient; it's about a fifteen-minute walk from Roma Street Station. However, there are buses nearby that go to Central and South Brisbane. Plus, there's a Coles supermarket right next door, which is very convenient for groceries and shopping.

I stayed at the Civic Guesthouse before I got a room in Townsville. I felt that it was a really good place to manage. I used a four-person room, but it was not very uncomfortable because there were several shared toilets and bathrooms, and the staff were all friendly ㅎㅎㅎ I want to introduce you to my friends.

The counter staff is very friendly! Always answer all our questions with a smile! We checked in around 20:30 this time and stayed for two nights. There are different activities to participate in at the Youth Hostel every day! It is recommended to stay on the day of your favorite event! My personal experience sharing: 1. The water in the bathroom is a little small, but it’s not a big problem 2. There is no storage space in the shower room, but there is a step to separate wet and dry areas. Remember to bring your own washbasin or something to wash in the bathroom. 3. The counter closes at 10 o'clock, so you can borrow a hair dryer before then. 4You need to bring your own lock to lock the lockers in the room, so remember to bring it! Honestly very Solid! I highly recommend this place if you’re travelling to Brisbane on a budget 👍👍

It's incredibly annoying having to fill out a form every time you check in. You even have to take a selfie. The owner seems to spend a lot of money on the hostel, so the quality of the accommodations is decent.

I booked a basic double room, and the room was brighter when the lights were on. There are night markets on both sides of the hotel, and the front faces the sea. It is cost-effective, and the hygiene is average. It will feel very hot and humid without air conditioning, so the air conditioning is used 24 hours a day. There is a kitchen with a refrigerator, which is suitable for cooking.

There wer2 2 women sick n coughing in the dorm room . Why were they not moved into isolation rooms ? 3 rooms with 2 bunks each were available and ready om ground floor near swim pool. This incident is embarassing . If i become sick thanks to this it will be the management fault

I had a really nice and relaxing stay here. The staff were friendly and the place was clean. I especially appreciated the free shuttle bus—it made getting around so much easier! The kitchen and laundry were useful, and the atmosphere was chill with other travelers. Breakfast service also awesome!! I’d love to come back someday!

Not far from the airport or city center. Based on the hotel description on Ctrip, I booked a 30 sqm 'resort king suite', but the actual room plus bathroom wasn't even that big.

Overall a good stay. Lucky enough to have only 2 person in a 8-bed female dormitory.
