CCayaNo-frills, budget-friendly hotel conveniently located. The free breakfast was more than adequate. The staff, although professional and competent, weren’t exactly friendly or welcoming. Biggest issue was the shower/bathtub. The water pressure was laughably weak and the hot water pretty much ran out completely within 5 minutes of turning on the shower. Not a pleasant experience in late fall/winter

I had an amazing experience at Hostel Fish! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is social yet relaxed, making it the perfect spot for solo travelers or groups looking to meet new people.
The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like privacy curtains, lockers, and charging ports by each bed. The common areas, including the bar, were lively and a great place to unwind after exploring Denver. Plus, the location is unbeatable—right in the heart of downtown, within walking distance to great restaurants, bars, and attractions.
Another highlight was the staff-led activities and recommendations—they genuinely want you to have a great time in the city. If you're looking for a hostel with a fun, social, and comfortable stay, Hostel Fish is the place to be!

GGuest UserWe have been eyeing the gorgeous location for years, and finally decided to take a chance. It's one of the best values in a hotel stay we have found! The location did not disappoint, either, set far back from the highway, backing up to the golf course with picture perfect ponds, towering trees, and lovely flowers. We didn't hear any road noise at all. The building is older, but in good repair, and the bed super comfy. There are a few amenities missing that the newer chain hotels have, but we were not lacking anything important. The only disappointment to me was the breakfast-I am a diabetic and the only thing I could eat was hard boiled eggs... But discovered when smothered woth sausage gravy are delicious and satisfying. We will come back.

RRaean GonzalesThe hotel is very convenient as far as location but as far as everything else is i could definitely do without for example when i got there I had to switch rooms twice. Both rooms we switched out of were both disgusting, it was like house keeping didn't put any effort into cleaning either room. Then after we went through all that we get into our 3rd room and the TV stations don't work on the television and our toilet barely flushes and with having to deal with all that you would think they would offer us a discount or even a night free they offered nothing. I had to ask for some kind of discount and all I was offered was 20 off only if I extended my stay the next night. So I guess with all that I won't staying again.

GGuest UserI did not realize that this motel was unattended and that I needed to go through hoops to get my room number and an access code. I would not have booked it if I had known that. The room was as basic as I've ever seen, The trim on the walls baseboard and ceiling was simple 1x2 pine boards caulked with white caulk and unpainted. The bathroom vanity was 2x6 frame again unpainted supporting a granite top, The front of the wall unit was damaged so there were no louvers and it was really noisy. I placed to chair in front of it to direct the air away from the bed. TV worked and WIFI worked fine. The load AC unit drained out and other noise if there was any.

Ttravel dreamer!I was trying to live there for awhile and the staff was vrty friendly and accommodating when it came to me needing things. Breakfast was great as well and nice warm waffles yummy plus being pet friendly as well was the best and the pet fee wasn't outragous

YYolanhcpGreat value considering that you are only at fwe minutes from RMNP entrance. Spotless, spacious room with plenty of furniture to accomodate your clothes. Comfortable beds. Fridge and microwave. Our son also had a great time in the playground and the sandpit. They even also have a pool. So good after a hike when you’re back in the afternoon. Comprehensive cold breakfast with good muffins and bagels, also allowed us to take something to go, since we needed to be at the park gates at 8 am. Very friendly staff. Room service too! Definetely, this is a great place to visit RMNP🤗

BBiankaMWhile I can't complain about the price of this hotel. It did not live up to the expectations that I had. Location wise, it's near a fairly busy street and not only are the walls thin but there are gaps in the door so I heard every time a car passed by along with all of the commotion that happened outside.
Additionally, the photos that you see on the hotels website and reviews don't accurately portray what the hotel looks like in person. It feels like this hotel was attempted to be renovated and got halted somewhere in the middle.
