The hotel is conveniently located about one kilometer from Registan, Shah-i-Zinda, the mosque, and the Grand Bazaar, all within walking distance. It's a guesthouse in a small courtyard, clean and tidy, though some facilities are lacking (no toothbrushes, slippers, or an electric kettle). Hot water needs to be heated in the communal kitchen. The owner is very kind, provides a tourist map, and speaks English. When I visited, there was road construction, making it very difficult to get around, but it should be finished in a few days, so future guests will be lucky.

Tucked away on a small street, a little distance from the main square, this hotel offers a lovely atmosphere, perfect for photos, and you can enjoy afternoon tea there too. We missed the hotel's breakfast because we went out early to see the Madrasa at the square. But when we returned at noon, to our surprise, the hotel still provided us with breakfast! Their service was incredibly friendly. Although the room facilities were a bit basic, the service truly exceeded expectations. Thumbs up!

One of the highlights was the homemade breakfast prepared by the family — generous, delicious, and offering a wide variety of dishes each morning. Although it's a simple guesthouse, it was a very satisfying place to stay as a base for sightseeing. Toothbrushes are not provided, but shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and hand soap are available. The room has a refrigerator, is spacious, and very clean. They also let you use the washing machine, which is especially helpful for long-term travelers. The location is excellent, with good access to Samarkand's main tourist attractions. Both the owner and his wife (presumably) were very kind, making for a worry-free stay. While it might not be suitable for those looking for luxurious facilities, hotel-like services, or a stay with breakfast included, I would highly recommend it to anyone who values a clean and comfortable room, kind hosts, and a convenient location.

This is luxury at a hostel price! The hotel is brand new, everything is new and clean. The towels and bed linens are crisp white. Upon entering the room, you must remove your shoes and leave them on the shelf next to the door. The rooms have a pleasant aroma. Breakfast is prepared individually at the appointed time. I recommend it. I would stay here again.

I was traveling alone. I arrived from Bukhara by overnight train using Yndex Go. The building was at the end of a dark street. Even though it was late at night, around 7:30 pm, I was touched by the welcoming atmosphere. They asked what time I wanted breakfast, so I requested 8 am. It took courage to go out at that time, but I walked to Registan Square. I could see the blue mosque building against the sky and headed towards it. The breathtaking full view of the illuminated mosque was beautiful. The walk back to the hotel was a bit dark, but not a problem. It's a good location for visiting several mausoleums on foot early every morning. When I ate in the courtyard, small children came out, which was adorable. The mother and grandfather couldn't speak the language, but they were very kind.

It was a very kind and friendly family. The owner talked to me in a very gentle tone, and his wife made a very delicious breakfast. In addition, my daughter guided me to the room and the common area in easy-to-understand English, and I played soccer with my sons. I had a really irreplaceable experience.

This family-run guesthouse is highly recommended by locals. Although it's a bit far from tourist attractions and the train station, taxis are readily available and inexpensive in Samarkand. The rooms are clean and well-equipped, although it was a bit chilly at night in October with only a thin sheet. The landlady is very friendly, speaks excellent English, and the breakfast is delicious. The only downside is that the tax wasn't charged according to Ctrip's listing. Please be aware of this, as there might be changes. Although it's not a large amount, it's advisable to keep a receipt for reconciliation.
