Location is excellent. Many high rating restaurants around. 6min walk to the City Wall. Right at the historic area to shop and walk around. The staff are super friendly, they make so much effort to communicate with us in English via phone. Also, when we checked out, they gave us 2 fans for souvenirs. The decor of the hotel is very nice. Moreover they even have a clothes hanger line in the washroom, very thoughtful. Highly recommend!

Honestly, we booked the hotel for the cat! The room was spacious and enough for us 2 girls with our 2 huge luggage. It was also clean and comfortable. Things that could be improved are probably the hanger/hooks in the bathroom as we were having a hard time putting our towel and clothes while using the bathroom, and also Latin sign/English sign for hotel name on the building as we were so confused trying to find the hotel at the first time.

The location is pretty convenient. lots of little shops and eateries nearby. the room is on higher floor with nice view. room was pretty good and fairly clean. after booking, you have to contact the owner for check in instructions. they will not contact you first. afterwards he adds you into wechat and communication begins. he's pretty fast in response. however, when I asked for a half hour later check out, he tried to bribe me with an exchange for a 5 star review. If he had not mentioned this and agreed for later check out, I would have given a higher review, but I do not like this tactic. I like giving honest reviews because I rely on reviews for my own bookings.

The room is generally clean, and so is the bed. The bathroom does have a few occasional bugs, but that is simply due to the area you're in. The tv has a good variety of movies, though everything is in Chinese (but they do have old HK comedies...a favourite of mine). The walls may be made of concrete, but noise somehow passes through, and we can hear the occupants next door in lively conversation. But other than that, I had a good night's sleep. You are literally just a few tens of meters from Pingjiang road, but far enough not to get disturbed by the nightly hustle and bustle. It is also walking distance to the Humble Administrators Garden and IM Pei's cool white building of historical Chinese things.

Clean room centrally located inside zhou zhuang. So it allows u to explore the place at night. A bit of a walk through the uneven pavement and up and down a bridge, with our heavy luggage and mum’s difficulty to walk is not the best. However, to stay within zhou zhuang, that’s the only option. Ask for 2nd floor rooms will be even better. Our room is back facing the alley where the housekeepers walk in and out chatting . Owner is also very nice and friendly.

Right in the heart of Zhouzhuang. If you are a foreigner and want a genuine experience this is the place for you. Will return if need a relaxing break from the city.

Overall I would love to come back here again. No issue with Food Delivery into the park. Hotel staff were helpful in arranging Taxi Service to Oriental Land Station (100RMB). Enjoyed the shops and plenty to do over a couple days if you like to take your time strolling leisurely. Also traveled to Suzhou canals near Qilishantang and Pingjiang which are great as well.
