A Last-Minute Getaway That Turned Out So Well! 🥰 We booked a Deluxe King Room for 3 days 2 nights at the last minute, and honestly, we didn’t even bring any clothes or prepare anything! 😂 Luckily, there were still some malls open, so we managed to shop for everything we needed there. The best part? 🥹 When we arrived at Thistle, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade to a Thistle Suite! What a blessing. ❤️ This was actually our second stay at Thistle, mainly because our little one absolutely loves swimming in the pool. 🏊🏻♀️ The hotel is also great because it has easy access to the beach, making it perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The breakfast was delicious, and there are also plenty of food options around the hotel. For lunch, we tried Dapo Cikgu, and the food was really good! For dinner, we went to Dusun Pakdin. It’s a little further in, but the place was beautiful and the food was definitely worth the drive. 🌿🍽️ Overall, this turned out to be such a wonderful and spontaneous vacation. To start off, the cleanliness, location, and amenities was alright. The shops are around 10 minutes away (by car) from the resort. My main feedback is on the service. The bellman is not functional. There are two bellman (i’m assuming they work by shift) When we arrived (@1:50pm), the first bell man took a while to come out and help us with our bags. I even had to carry the heavy bags by myself. He didn’t really provide any assistance. Next, when we checked out (@7:30 am), the second bellman didn’t even help us. Instead, he watches over us at his station while we carry the heavy bags. Mind you, there were empty carts available. None of them is filled with bags or any luggages. What is the slope at the entrance even for besides to cater for wheelchair users and baby strollers??? I had to push the door with my own body while carrying the heavy bags. He doesn’t even provide assistance to open the door! How ridiculous! Funnily enough, the only time I saw him walk out of the door is to get his food delivery. I believe there was a lack of supervision. From the surroundings, I noticed there were korean writings here and there, indicating that the hotel has a bunch of travellers from korea. For a hotel with a service like this, it doesn’t really meet the international standard does it? I hope there is an improvement in terms of the service. Thank you.

Far from being a 5 star hotel. Staff were excellent, and location good. However the rooms are run down and dated. Paint flaking off the walls, rotten timber windows frames and doors that dont close properly, and decor thats seen better days. Having just stayed in another 5 star hotel the difference was very noticeable. This is more like a good 3 star and definitely not a five star

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay at Lexis Port Dickson. The room was clean, tidy and comfortable, with a beautiful sea view. We also enjoyed fishing right from balcony at room, which was a unique and enjoyable experience. The buggy service was fast and convenient, and the staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. We also had a great time cycling around the resort it was such an enjoyable way to explore the surroundings. The swimming pool was spacious and not too crowded, which make it very comfortable for the family. The breakfast was also delicious, with a wide variety of food choices to suit different tastes. The only downside is that the pool area could be improved for children, as there is no waterslide. Adding some kid friendly playpark at pool would definitely make the resort even better for families with children. Overall, we realy enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back again. Highly recomended for a relaxing family gateway.

Great location, and the staff were friendly, but the service was incredibly inefficient. Check-in took forever, the room was stuffy, and it felt like the air conditioning wasn't on in the hallways. The cleanliness could definitely use improvement. Free parking, though.

The room was generally comfortable, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The toiletries provided were incomplete, as items such as toothbrushes and toothpaste were not available. Parking is also quite limited, especially on weekends, and some guests may end up parking in a way that blocks part of the road. Additionally, there were quite a lot of mosquitoes in the room, although the electric mosquito repellent is provided but the mosquito's spray would be more helpful. Hopefully, these issues can be addressed to improve the overall guest experience.

We had a wonderful family stay at Lexis Hibiscus Port Dickson. A very special thank you to the team for the generous complimentary upgrade from our Premium Pool Sea View Villa to the Panorama Pool Sea View Villa. The panoramic view was absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more memorable. We enjoyed the private pool, facilities, food and the overall resort experience, and truly appreciate the warm hospitality from the team. We are already planning to return, this time with a larger group, and hope to book one of the bigger or even the largest suites available. The environment is fantastic, with a private hotel beach where the sunsets are absolutely stunning! The staff are very welcoming, and right next door is a hill with a lighthouse on top. It's one of the old lighthouses that used to guide ships into Malacca.

Had a pleasant stay with my family. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The facilities were good and suitable for families with children. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider coming back again.

This is not our first time at Admiral Cove Avillion however the first Superior room with Seaview (1501); wow with the setting sun view..Love it! Pleasant experience overall. This hotel is children-friendly with good facilities and amenities around as well as good food though mostly open towards the evening but fast food outlets like mcD and Starbucks etc are a drive away at Waterfront City. Our appreciation goes especially to Amy the guest relations assistant and Dalina with their ever smiling demeanor and kind support while attending to us. Somehow our hp couldn't connect outgoing calls but Amy was ever willing to let us use her hp, kudos Amy! Thank you.
