The room was large, but the facilities were a bit old. The breakfast was just average, but the staff service was excellent. The room was spacious, and the sea view was nice. It's just a few minutes' walk to the beach. The Luwuk sea food was delicious. There's also a night market by the beach, but we didn't try it. The water at Luwuk beach is very clear. The beach is just a few minutes away from the hotel. The drinks at the upstairs restaurant were very good, but the food itself was just average. It's also very close to the airport, a 15-minute drive.

I stayed here for a business trip and had such a pleasant experience. I was lucky to get a sea-view room and the scenery was absolutely gorgeous. The room was clean, the facilities were complete, and everything felt very comfortable. What I appreciated the most was the service. Every staff member was genuinely warm and helpful. Even when I accidentally got spicy soup in my eye, they responded quickly and took great care of me. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

what can I say about this hotel... the first one, there is very polite reception, they can give you good advice and show the best rooms they have to choose. the second one, really pretty sweeming pool inside, it's looks no so big, but it has a very nice view to the sea and warm water, where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings. the third, what I really enjoy....full inclusive barbecue dinners only for 7 usd, the waiters looking for you and try to help you with everything they come to you to ask and suggest the best dishes or just bring fruits or juice. It's the place where the staff really try to take care of you. after long trip, I really enjoyed the place and got energy for the future steps in my trip to sulawesi Island.

Staying at Aston Palu was quite comfortable. The room was clean, the bed was soft, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The staff were friendly and helped with a quick check-in. The view from the room was decent, especially if you got a higher floor. Breakfast was alright, not a huge variety but the taste was good. The swimming pool was clean, although the area around it could get a bit crowded sometimes. The location is easily accessible. Overall, it was a good stay.

Disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel, recently found a cockroach in the room. Please pay more attention to the cleanliness of the room. And today the breakfast service was also disappointing because the restaurant staff did not allow take away food even though the breakfast quota was for 2 people and only one was used. Please pay more attention to the breakfast service for customers who are staying. Thank you.

It's alright. There were no other options. It's lucky to have a hotel like this.
