GGuest UserThis hotel is really well located and its spanking clean. Food is excellent and breakfast is fantastic! Staff are ultra friendly. ALL our requests were fulfilled, nothing was too much trouble. Our room was big and with plenty of space to store everything! We even met a famous Bollywood singer one evening! There’s a well equipped gym and a swimming pool, hairdresser, and great spa! 😍

MMandira_SamantaThe hotel is under renovation and the entire property (including rooms) smells of toxic paint. There was no information about this renovation on the website while making the booking. The heavy solvent smell gave me a headache and the stay was very unplesant.

GGuest UserThere are not many types of breakfast, only bread and batter, and fried eggs.
The room service is relatively poor, the toiletries are deliberately left, waiting for you to call the front desk to ask for it, and waiting for you to tip when it is delivered. The room cost is more than 500, which feels too worthless. But there is no way, it is worse if it doesn't live here.

I hope this message finds you well. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay with my family (two kids namely Nabill & Nasri S.Majura) at your hotel for the past few days. Your service has been exemplary, and we felt at home.
I'd like to commend the front desk staff for their efficiency and warmth. Their managers should be proud of the team they've built. The restaurant staff were also top-notch - great food, great service!
Although I don't know most of the staff ( _who served us well_ ) by names, Specific staff members who stood out were;
- Dipika, Malika, Ashis, Muskan, Radha, Karan etc.
- Front desk team, and,
- Restaurant staff.
_Novotel Ahmedabad is lucky to have such (above) staff._ 👆
My stay was truly enjoyable, and I've loved every moment. I'm considering returning and recommending your hotel to friends.

GGuest UserExceptional dining experience at courtyard by marriott vadodara i had an amazing experience at courtyard by marriott vadodara. The food was absolutely delicious, with every dish being perfectly prepared and flavorful. The highlight of my visit, however, was the outstanding hospitality provided by mr. Yogesh mehra, the f&b manager. His attention to detail, warm hospitality, and dedication to ensuring a great experience truly stood out. A big thank you to mr. Mehra and his team for making my visit so special. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for top-notch food and service! would you like any edits or additions?

Location-wise excellent, Ashram Road of Amdavad.
The hotel reception has a tremendous fragrance, staff are very attentive and helpful. The check-in process is fast and efficient.
Breakfast is well spread with veg and non-veg food available.
Restaurant staff especially Kriti and the head chef were excellent. Love their services.
The room is good size, the bathroom is neat and clean and with sufficient amenities.
Over a fantastic family hotel.
Room rates are quite reasonable for a 5-star hotel, only rupees 6000/night.

AAshton A.The staff are great. Really good service. Rooms are showing a bit of age… but they are clean. Comfortable. It’s good for RAJKOT.
Food is good in the restaurant. Although RAJKOT food is pure vegetarian. And fried. Cooked. Curried and oily.
There is an awesome pizza place near the hotel called LIETO ( Artisan pizza and more ) it’s the best in all of RAJKOT.
Great location but ask for a room that is NOT facing the street as the road noise and honking is unbearable

GGuest UserThis hotel is less than year old and the physical infrastructure is nice which is within vicinity of the Surat railways station.
However, I have had experiences which are not so nice :
A) observed small cockroaches in bathroom.
B) Housekeeping staff are meant to clean & sanitize the room - however I encountered disgusting experience of the cleaners upon entering g rooms with a foul & pungent BO left behind which is so unhygienic & spoils the mood - and doesn’t seem like the room has any freshness. This should surely been improved.
C) the breakfast for the 8 mornings that I stayed had the same menu - not much changes each day. And the coconut chutney seems to be spoilt & taste spurt couple of times during morning BF.
D) the Indian masal tea (Chai) was so strong that it tasted utterly bitter - which I tried only once.
E) seems like too many staff in the hotel lobby & in restaurant - as they group around chit-chatting rather than attending to guest’s needs.

Ssamuel eelGenerally the experience was still not bad. The front desk staff was trying her best to be as much help possible during the stay.
I had wifi issue they even end up decided to give me an individual dialed-up router. What a wonderful service. 10/10 for that
But however there are a lot of things seems unorganize... few of the tea break staff and lunch time staff seems clueless on what to do...
No one is willing to serve and they had no idea what to do when a guest wanted to order something. Its just a complimentary tea - breakkkkk....
Room wise and facility it was quite ok. Room is decent clean... gym room is well equipped too.
They are now still going through renovation, hopefully it only gets better from here.
Breakfast choices was decent and with good quality of dosa. Would give the Chef 9/10 rating.
Overall still a rather pleasant stay. will consider coming again when i am around
