Hotels With Parking in Hardap, Namibia

Beautiful structure

The hotel is quite beautiful, there is no wifi in the room, 3g is on the balcony. Breakfast is more basic, meat and eggs have to be ordered separately. Dinner is three-course, tastes good, the wine on the wine list is very cheap. The road conditions to the entrance of the park are average, there are seesaw sections, and it is good to get used to it.

In principle, it is recommended. Located super directly on the track and with the next lodging at the gate to the soss meat. Very ordinary houses and above all clean. Clean it is self catering , but you'll see that so one or other misses.  I didn't even find a lime. No glasses, no fence. But you can see it because we simply dryed our hair out while sitting with a view of the naked desert. A few times a animal walks across the room. Nightly take a lamp because it is 100% dark. Breakfast and dinner in the soss mel lodge. 3 minutes with your own car. No shuttle, no problem. But we eat and felt rather bad than right. I am not a vegetarian myself but any one of those who should be vegetarian on the way will not come here at his expense. Meat meat meat everywhere. At both dinners we and other guests were already unfriendly ”being out” from the restaurant, as if you wanted to have all guests out quickly although the dinner times had taken over an hour. Well. Wi-Fi absurd bad. Esim covering grottonic to not available. Service ... what to say. To date we have noticed a general cold in Namibia. Unpersonally, uncleanly, the most necessary is said, finished. No matter when checking in or service at dinner. But when checking in, a nice speech is already handwritten to swallow a few dollars of drink money. Everywhere there are drink money boxes. Pool ice cold but this seems to be common here in Namibia. It is questionable why, since the sun should warm the water continuously with 35 degrees a day. It doesn't matter, short cooling and ciao. We would come back as the lodges are simply super. This has nothing to do with a small camping here, but rather a nice hotel with a lot of privacy

Good location, the scenery is undeniably beautiful, but this room configuration is 2600 shouting at night, it is not worth it, the price is not high, the room is not designed and warm, ordinary to no impression, the staff encounters two or three people, say hello to white people, even smile at the Chinese. No ~ There is a small boy who is not tall enough to introduce us to us at dinner and warmly receive other service awareness than other hotels in Namibia. The first time I had a bad impression. The lady who fried eggs for breakfast was very unhappy with our impatient tone. White people come, she greets how r u When we finally checked out, we told the front desk that our dissatisfaction would never come to this house again because we needed four rooms because other hotels were fully booked.

The most satisfying Namibia camp site The bathroom and sink were clean The pool was good and big And I had everything I needed in the stalls, and I thought the ice cream machine was well maintained.

Fantastic overnight stay here. We stayed on our way back to Windhoek from Sossusvlei. It’s about 45 minutes’ drive to Sossusvlei so very conveniently located. The room was nice and the food for dinner and breakfast was very delicious. Staff were very friendly too. The grounds are incredibly beautiful and situated under a very scenic cliff base so the views are very pleasant. The only slight problem was the shower was quite cold no matter what we did, but other than that we had a good time here. The wifi was particularly good and fast for Namibia. They said it was only available in the restaurant and reception (as is normal for every hotel in Sossusvlei/Etosha) but we were able to connect to it even from our room 67 which was quite far from there. I would recommend a stay here.

Absolutely amazing stay. Everything was spotless, the staff was so kind, and the feeling of peace here is unmatched. We loved every moment and will definitely come back.
