We liked the hotel. The only thing was that there was no WiFi, but there was none in the entire area because the optics were cut off. The rooms have kitchens and barbecues, but there are no dishes except cups. There are not even teaspoons. Hot water in the shower starts flowing quickly. The room is cozy and beautifully decorated. There is a small pool and a bar. It is a good place to relax after exploring the dunes.
If you take a room with breakfast or dinner, know that the restaurant is located on the territory of another hotel.
A very nice accommodation and the perfect interim stop on the way from Windhuk toward Deadvlei. The owner is very nice and has offered us a small tour to a nearby river bed. All in all a very nice stay. Breakfast is appropriate for the price (bacon, sauce, whisky, toast).
The hotel is quite beautiful, there is no wifi in the room, 3g is on the balcony.
Breakfast is more basic, meat and eggs have to be ordered separately. Dinner is three-course, tastes good, the wine on the wine list is very cheap.
The road conditions to the entrance of the park are average, there are seesaw sections, and it is good to get used to it.

Good location, the scenery is undeniably beautiful, but this room configuration is 2600 shouting at night, it is not worth it, the price is not high, the room is not designed and warm, ordinary to no impression, the staff encounters two or three people, say hello to white people, even smile at the Chinese. No ~ There is a small boy who is not tall enough to introduce us to us at dinner and warmly receive other service awareness than other hotels in Namibia. The first time I had a bad impression. The lady who fried eggs for breakfast was very unhappy with our impatient tone. White people come, she greets how r u
When we finally checked out, we told the front desk that our dissatisfaction would never come to this house again because we needed four rooms because other hotels were fully booked.
Beautiful place, you can even spot warthogs on the property!

KKaty RogWe enjoyed our stay at the hotel!
If you're traveling by shuttle Go2Nsmibia and don't have a car, there are not many places to stay if you want to visit Sossusvlei.
This hotel and Desert Quik Camp are among the cheapest places to stay near the national park gates.
Pros:
- Near the entrance to the national park
- Amazing desert scenery
- Kitchenette, BBQ and patio
- Good bed, linens, powerful shower and air conditioning
- Tours and transfers can be booked here
- Clean pool and minibar
- Grilled meat, bread and other items available for purchase The prices are reasonable, and the firewood is plentiful.
Cons:
- If you arrive without a rental car, you'll need to bring your own food, as the restaurant is located on the grounds of Sossuusvlei Lodge, 5 km across the desert from this camp. Breakfast is also served there! So, if you don't have a car, the breakfast option is pointless.
- If you're going on a tour, you'll still need to get to Sos. Lodge and pay for the roundtrip transfer again (75N$ per persion one way).
- You'll need a N$300 deposit for kitchen utensils.
- Bottled drinking water is not provided in your room; commercial water is expensive, so it's best to bring your own.
- There were stir fry vegetables in the ”grill” section. The vegetables turned out to be shredded and not suitable for grilling, and we bought two whole packs of them :(
JJason CorbettFantastic overnight stay here. We stayed on our way back to Windhoek from Sossusvlei. It’s about 45 minutes’ drive to Sossusvlei so very conveniently located. The room was nice and the food for dinner and breakfast was very delicious. Staff were very friendly too. The grounds are incredibly beautiful and situated under a very scenic cliff base so the views are very pleasant. The only slight problem was the shower was quite cold no matter what we did, but other than that we had a good time here. The wifi was particularly good and fast for Namibia. They said it was only available in the restaurant and reception (as is normal for every hotel in Sossusvlei/Etosha) but we were able to connect to it even from our room 67 which was quite far from there. I would recommend a stay here.

FFelixThis very well managed snd run lodge was the highlight of our stay in Namibia. After 5 days of camping we stayed here for 2 nights. We can highly recommend this lodge. Great food, amazing rooms and the best staff we have encountered so far.
AAnonymous UserThis camp is made up of 10 separate houses on the mountainside (see the last picture) watching the sunset at the camp in the evening watching the Galaxy at the camp in the evening Check in with dinner shown in the picture. There are star lights in the open-air venue while watching the stars and eating a special local dinner.
Traveling with good friends we thought this was the most special and best night on the trip to Africa
GGuest UserThe most satisfying Namibia camp site
The bathroom and sink were clean
The pool was good and big
And I had everything I needed in the stalls, and I thought the ice cream machine was well maintained.

TTroyanStop at the hotel with your husband and friends! Take 2 activities: wine delicacy and feeding hepards. Unfortunately not on safari time. Everything was very enjoyable! We are delighted!
The rooms are very original! The food is delicious! From the soul I recommend!
