the igloo was not bad, the toilet and shower were very inconvenient and smelly ,the breakfast was very simple and basic. The Christmas dinner cost 42 € per person eating just the leftover from breakfast.

The Glass Igloo was great but you have to walk to the guesthouse for your showers. The breakfast was great and the restaurant provided good options for lunch and breakfast. For the adventurous, you can go to the nearby supermarket and cook your meal in the sheltered fireplace. Don't forget to experience either the traditional or the electrical sauna during your stay! Most importantly, participate in the guided activities with hot drinks and roasted sausages such as husky sled rides, aurora hunting, and ice skating.

A lovely cosy place to stay, however the location really is in the sticks where transport is limited to around 3 buses to or from the city with the last bus arriving at 7pm. But the room was great and extremely warm in the minus 15 degrees temperature.

Despite the ongoing work at the hotel, we had a very good stay, good location for the Northern Lights, the place is clean, the staff is pleasant.

There's nothing around. There's a bus from Rovaniemi city center. You need to walk 10-15 minutes from the bus stop. There's a supermarket near the bus stop. The room was warm and comfortable. There's also a free sauna in a separate building that you can use for an hour. We booked dog sledding and aurora viewing activities through the hotel. We didn't see the aurora for a while, but they kindly allowed us to extend our stay, and the staff were very helpful.

The place is nice, but the transportation is very inconvenient, and the room has no bathroom, so you should just treat it as camping.

The hotel is surrounded by a good environment. The environment inside the hotel is not very good. It is a bit like a guesthouse. The breakfast tastes good. The facilities are relatively old. It is OK. The price is low
