Primus Valencia

The first impression is the size of the twin room…. Is huge …. Is do spacious that we can do some exercises inside the room. Breakfast is extensive with plenty of choices. It is also about 10 minutes walk to the nearby great architecture by Calatrava , Science museum Ciudad de las Artes y las Ciencias , Palau de Les Arts Reina Sofía and do on. There are also plenty of cafes, restaurants opposite and around the hotel, it’s very accessible to many places, will definitely come back again in our next visit to Valencia. The only minor thing we noticed is that the furniture inside the room are cheaply made with fake drawers, but the beds are real comfy.

I am honestly shocked about what happened during my stay at this so-called four-star hotel. I was locked inside the bathroom for 30 minutes because the door was broken. This is not a small issue — it is a serious safety problem. I was stuck inside with no proper help, and the repair person didn’t even come quickly. It was stressful and unacceptable. What made it even worse was the staff’s attitude. Instead of helping or apologising, they were rude and dismissive. They said things like “this could happen in any hotel”. They even said my friends could have just gone out while I was locked inside — how is that an acceptable response? After I finally got out, they expected us to continue staying in the same room with a broken bathroom door. Only after we argued and insisted did they agree to change the room — and even then, only the next day. No proper apology, no responsibility taken from the staffs. We asked for compensation but they refused to give any.

Very good. A bit expensive, the eggs at breakfast were not good but we found other tasty things. We rented a bicycle on site, that was good.

Hotel location and amenities was wonderfull. Opp hotel was a nice cosy mall, and corte de englais is a spanish dept store, its classy and mostly designers clothes , shoes extra, and inside it there is a nice mercado supermarket. Hotel was okay, breakfast not excellent for me, but probably for others it is not bad, it could have done better.staff friendly and helpfull, no ironing board in the room, its costly to iron in housekeeping, We were lucky weather was wonderfull. I would not hesitate to go there again, probably will take my travel iron with me. Totally i loved the area and amenities surrounding it👍

The hotel was perfectly located and clean. Just the lifts took really long to get down. We booked 2 rooms, 1 was located on the 8th floor and the other on the 5th floor. Sometimes it took us 10 min to get down as 1 of the elevator was broken. The pool was small but good. If you go at 10 when it opens its not busy at all

The frontdesk scaned passport without asking customers. It is illegal in spain. Dont go.

We had our bag stolen on the last night. The police were very unhelpful. We were left with no phones or money or bank cards. The hotel staff helped us contact relatives at home so we could have our flight details home sent to us. Also relatives paid the hotel directly and they arranged lunch, taxi to the airport and assistance with the police forms. Could not have been more grateful. Our 10 night stay had been wonderful up to this point, and the staff made sure that we were ok and did not worry. Would definitely recommend this hotel for location and cleanliness and staff attitude.
