DDanielHotel was ok. Elevator broke down multiple times and was extremely rough when working. It sometimes stopped to early and you had a 6inch step up to the floor. Hallways were usually fairly dirty. Room was ok. Maintenance of room was a little lacking. Toilet didn’t flush right. Carpet was never vacuumed. Never had the right number of towels for people in the room. I believe this os a management issue because what the maid did clean was done well.
GGuest UserTodo super en mi estancia, está lejos del consulado y los traslados q realizan son con horario que tiene el hotel y el regreso es en Uber o taxi.
OOlivia LozaFood at tge restaurant eas really good, great selecti on, reasonable prices and portions were bigger than standar serving size. For breakfast we tried Chilaquiles and eggs, came with beans too.
For dinner we had the tacos sirloin, apeticers cant remember the nane but, the portion for 2 people were more t h an enough, so we share with a friend of us,.
DDanielHotel is extremely nice and is well maintained. Room was nice and clean with the exception of the big window overlooking the city had hand and face prints on it for the entire week stay. It didn’t seem like the carpet was vacuumed either. Everything else was clean and cleaned daily.
GGuest UserThe staff is nice and helpful . The room is clean . The location is far from consulate.Take about 10-15 minutes drive .The food there is good . Like the waffles . And the juice and fruit . For my trip purposes wasn’t good ideas. Cross street have some shop and market .
RramirezJuanUpon arrival had problems with TV but problem was fixed within two minutes. Also had problems with getting in the room due to bad key lock but again got fixed very quick. Cleaning staff and maintenance was very polite and very helpful. Highly recommend.
GGuest UserThe service was excellent, everyone was very friendly and efficient. The location was unbeatable, everything you needed was close by, the embassy, several restaurants for breakfast or lunch, and a mall in front. The facilities were super clean and they didn't lack anything. I highly recommend it and if I had to go back, I would stay there again.
