Classy hotel, located in a quiet location. It features big rooms, big bathrooms and a nice eating area. Only 3 stars because of the paying parking (11 euros per day) and rather high breakfast price (20 euros per person).

We were surprised to encounter major renovation to the front terrace which reduced the car parking availability and created a lot of white/grey dust best to avoid the terrace area altogether but pack a clothes brush anyway as there are none in the room. Garage parking is advertised in Reception as €25/day but due to reduced free parking there was no charge. All staff are very obliging and professional and appear pleased to ensure your time there is enjoyable. The building has been repurposed over the decades but as a hotel it is both dignified and comfortable. A vending machine dispensing bottles of water would be useful. During the 2 night stay we took breakfast lunch and dinner and whilst the food is not great it is good. Parador de Cuenca is a great example of the brand but as we are only a few into their Spanish estate and with another 88 to visit we sadly don't have time to return.

Everything’s great, just a bit far from the Old Town, but it’s got all the facilities you need

1. When I called to make a request, they told me to call at 8pm. In a hotel, service should be round the clock. 2. When i requested for lotion, they said they dont give lotion. We booked to 6 different hotels in Spain. Only this hotel has no lotion. 3. There is no complementary water. If you need water, you have to go get it from the cafeteria. 4. The air conditioning system is not working. The only hotel we booked at with no air conditioning for 3 days. So we had to open the windows, hoping that no bird would fly in while we were sleeping.

Hotel de polígono, limpio y cómodo. Todo muy correcto, cama y almohada cómoda. Cuentan con un mini gimnasio. Los empleados muy amables. Algo que no me gustó es que el personal de limpieza hablara por walkie talkie, hace mucho ruido y te despierta.

This hotel is very cost-effective. First of all, the location is very good. It is next to the long-distance bus station and not one kilometer from the train station. It takes a few hundred meters to walk to the ancient city of the mountain top by elevator. The hotel's hardware facilities are also great, the rooms are spacious and well equipped. Especially recommended is the Taco star at the door tastes great, it is recommended to go to eat in the afternoon and queue for the evening.

I made a last-minute decision to fly from Amsterdam to Madrid and then stop by Toledo. I booked this hotel on the bus from Madrid to Toledo; it was already 10 PM local time, and the booking was incredibly fast, confirmed instantly. I later learned this was through Ctrip's instant booking service. The hotel has a 24-hour front desk, which is much better than many small hotels that require a password to access floors. The hotel has an excellent location, right next to the cathedral. The overall design is very stylish, clean and tidy, and there are many rooms. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, not the floppy kind, and very new. There's a bathtub 🛁

Generally the stay was great. However the actual room was not the same as what was shown in the picture. It’s actually much smaller with much smaller balcony. We were quite displeased about it. Nonetheless the stay was good

Very clean, good location for a quick trip to Madrid car because a parking is available on site in addition to a check-in service available 24 hours a 24 hours

The hotel is very good, it is large and the room we had was very comfortable. The breakfast was impressive and very rich. We hardly used the facilities because the cost of the Spa was very high and the issue of prices and so on was not very clear. The entrance to the hotel and the parking lot are also not very clear, things that are improved with a couple of signs.
