Excellent hotel with 5 star facilities Room is spacious but has no usb charging port Breakfast only starts at 800am

We were surprised to encounter major renovation to the front terrace which reduced the car parking availability and created a lot of white/grey dust best to avoid the terrace area altogether but pack a clothes brush anyway as there are none in the room. Garage parking is advertised in Reception as €25/day but due to reduced free parking there was no charge. All staff are very obliging and professional and appear pleased to ensure your time there is enjoyable. The building has been repurposed over the decades but as a hotel it is both dignified and comfortable. A vending machine dispensing bottles of water would be useful. During the 2 night stay we took breakfast lunch and dinner and whilst the food is not great it is good. Parador de Cuenca is a great example of the brand but as we are only a few into their Spanish estate and with another 88 to visit we sadly don't have time to return.

Las personas con las que tratamos en nuestra estancia en el hotel, fueron de lo más amables y comprensivos. El detalle del desayuno para los que no tomamos buffet, está genial, poder tomar un café y una tostada y solo pagar por ello. Hicimos uso del gimnasio y dejo algo que desear... estaba frío y algunas de las máquinas estaban fuera de servicio.

It's not far from Toledo's old town, and the parking lot is large and free. The lobby is really spacious, with indoor and outdoor swimming pools. The elevators are old and a bit noisy. The room decor is rather dated, and the pillowcases had stains. Breakfast was crowded; there wasn't a single Asian face, only white people, mostly older.

Locate 20 minutes car from Toledo city, much cheaper than hotels in Toledo so if you have car is a choice. Free parking nearby and they have a small parking on the ground floor that may be available. Some coffe bars and restaurant on the area. The room is clean veeery big and with a big bathtube. Compliment water provided. Check-in until 23h30 but I think they have 24 hours front desk.

This hotel is very cost-effective. First of all, the location is very good. It is next to the long-distance bus station and not one kilometer from the train station. It takes a few hundred meters to walk to the ancient city of the mountain top by elevator. The hotel's hardware facilities are also great, the rooms are spacious and well equipped. Especially recommended is the Taco star at the door tastes great, it is recommended to go to eat in the afternoon and queue for the evening.

I made a last-minute decision to fly from Amsterdam to Madrid and then stop by Toledo. I booked this hotel on the bus from Madrid to Toledo; it was already 10 PM local time, and the booking was incredibly fast, confirmed instantly. I later learned this was through Ctrip's instant booking service. The hotel has a 24-hour front desk, which is much better than many small hotels that require a password to access floors. The hotel has an excellent location, right next to the cathedral. The overall design is very stylish, clean and tidy, and there are many rooms. The bed and pillows are very comfortable, not the floppy kind, and very new. There's a bathtub 🛁

Generally the stay was great. However the actual room was not the same as what was shown in the picture. It’s actually much smaller with much smaller balcony. We were quite displeased about it. Nonetheless the stay was good

The instance has been good. The comfort of the bed, pillows, location, cleanliness... all good really. The only thing that is strange is that there is no one to receive you. It is a phone that you call to enter and then on a screen to talk to a person to get the information and they give you an access code to the room and the hotel. Yes, it is true that they are there 24 hours a day in case you need something, but hey, I imagine that is the future.
