The hotel was excellent. The location is perfect - close to the bus stop(which goes to the city centre) and the beach. They kept different chocolates every time they were done with room service that was really sweet. Worth the stay! One tip: Please carry cash for bus travel as bus travel is cash only. They don’t accept cards for inter city travel.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, prácticamente al lado de la playa. La media pensión funciona muy bien, el desayuno más que suficiente y la cena mejor que el almuerzo por cantidad y variedad; es importante tener en cuenta que los horarios de comidas están establecidos pensando en turistas que comen y cenan temprano, aún así es preferible por cantidad y por horario, cenar, que puede ser hasta las 21:30 horas (la media pensión es desayuno y cena). Mi vuelo tuvo mucho retraso, llegué al hotel después de las 00:00 y me ofrecieron una cena fría, muy amables. La zona de la piscina muy limpia, bien planteada y muy bien decorada; es importante tener en cuenta que los clientes suelen bajar desde temprano para “reservar” las hamacas poniendo toallas que no quitarán el resto del día. En mi caso, pagué una habitación standard y creo que las de esta clase están ubicadas en un edificio anexo que es más antiguo y con menos glamour que las superiores, que sí están en el edificio del hotel y dan a la piscina. Aún así, limpias y con todo lo necesario. El hotel es muy recomendable, en mi caso cumplió con las expectativas que llevaba. Recomiendo dos cosas: reservar habitación superior y no preocuparse mucho por la comida en el hotel, en caso de tener media pensión, vale la pena comer fuera y cenar allí.

I got a renovated room, very nice, keep in mind that the toilet has a transparent glass door. The floor was dirty, I asked to wash it, but they only swept it, and it remained dirty. After contacting the reception, the floor was washed, but the next day they only swept it again. There was no blanket in the room, I felt cold at night, I could not sleep, I went down to the reception for a blanket, they said that there were no blankets, but after my sad eyes, the employee gave me his blanket. There are no bathrobes, shampoos and hair conditioners in the rooms, nowhere to hang towels. The hotel has animation, quite strange. But the hotel is ideally located, next to a beautiful beach, where people come from all over the city to swim. The staff is friendly, the people are nice. I arrived after the HM hotel and it was much better in aesthetics and cleanliness. The breakfasts were not varied, quite sad. I do not want to return to this hotel

Amazing Hotel, Very welcoming staff.  Room are small especially the shower but can’t let this spoil the rest of the hotel.  Breakfast choice and quality was one of the best for a buffet offering.

This hotel was absolutely fabulous. The facilities were great, especially the pool and private beach area. The views are spectacular all round. The room was clean and comfortable but there was very little space between the bed and the TV. We found it difficult to get to the other side of the room without bumping into the TV everytime. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They recommended a good cruise and helped with a motorbike rental company. I would definitely stay here again.

Schönes Zimmer und die ganze Location ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Zimmer ist recht hellhörig und in der Küche fehlt ein Wasserkocher. Ansonsten empfehlenswert.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This was our second time staying at this property (though it’s under a new name now), and it was just as wonderful as we remembered! The hotel is spotless, with a modern touch and a warm, welcoming vibe. The cleaning staff were exceptional—so kind, professional, and truly dedicated to their work. The amenities are great, and the gym—though small—is perfectly equipped for keeping up with workouts while away. The location can’t be beat: right in the port area, close to great shops, restaurants, and the waterfront. There’s even a lovely walking trail nearby, ideal for morning runs or evening strolls. During our stay, we experienced something completely unexpected—the one and only time a flood has ever happened in Ibiza Town! Despite the chaos, the staff handled the situation with absolute professionalism and calm. Their kindness and positive attitude during such a stressful event made all the difference. We were so impressed with how they cared for every guest. A huge thank you to the team for turning an unforgettable situation into a story of genuine hospitality. We’ll absolutely be back again!

Great room with a fantastic view over the cruise port, Palma and the castle. Bit of a trek to walk to but that makes the view even more spectacular! I enjoyed my stay and appreciated having a fridge and a kettle included in the room. I didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. The main downside of the room was the sound as I could hear everything from next door (even opening and closing of curtains!). Luckily I was so exhausted from a packed day that it didn't affect my sleep too much but I did wish I'd got earplugs!

Clean and Well-Located Hotel - Good Value for Money We recently stayed at this hotel for one night and found it to be a clean and conveniently located option. Positives: The hotel was clean, and its location was quite good, making it easy to access nearby areas. We appreciated the availability of free on-site parking. While the parking was a great benefit, clearer signage indicating its exact location would be helpful for future guests. Breakfast: We only had the chance to experience the breakfast. While it offered enough options to meet basic needs, it's worth noting that the variety was not extensive. Overall: This hotel provides a good alternative for travelers who are not looking for extensive amenities or those with early morning or late-night flights. It offers a clean and well-located stay at a reasonable price, making it a decent value-for-money option.

Excellent value for money. Booked a standard double & we were given a complimentary upgrade to a room with a beautiful view over the harbour & free mini bar (water, beers, soft drinks & snacks). The room was spacious & tastefully decorated with fridge, kettle, tea coffee. The staff were very friendly, we arrived late and were given glass of fizz on check in which was a nice touch. The hotel was fairly quiet being end of September so lots of space around the pool. The bali beds were great & always available, hotel provides pool towels. Food & drink reasonably priced for hotel, the pizza was excellent. Breakfast was great, eggs cooked fresh to order. Never had to wait for a table. Entertainment on various nights. Bus stops are right outside hotel although we didn't use public transport as we only stayed a few days but looked easy to access other resorts. Sits at the top of a slight hil, hence views,l but there are steps down to the harbour. All in all would recommend for the price paid.
