The hotel is conveniently located not far from Disney and very close to the station, offering excellent transport links. With a Lawson convenience store nearby, you won't go hungry even if you return late from Disney. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, and it starts quite early. This means you can enjoy your meal and still have plenty of time to head to Disney. We also appreciated that the menu varied slightly over our two-day stay! They provide coin-operated washing machines and dryers, as well as beverage vending machines. Hot water is also available on the first floor. The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. A unique feature was the bathroom, toilet, and washbasin being completely separated into three distinct areas, which proved to be quite convenient, especially for groups or families traveling together.

✈️I stayed at this hotel for one night only as I had an early morning flight at 8:50am the next day. This hotel is an excellent option for travelers with early departures, as there is a direct shuttle bus from the hotel to Narita Airport, making the transfer very convenient and stress-free. 🚌 Shuttle bus information: For shuttle buses from Narita Airport to the hotel, you can check the timetable in advance or ask at the airport information counter upon arrival. They will guide you to the correct bus stop. At the bus stop, there is also a stand with a QR code to check the latest timetable. For the return trip from the hotel to Narita Airport, the hotel provides a shuttle bus timetable, which you can request directly from the front desk. The staff are happy to assist and explain the options clearly. ♨️The hotel features an outdoor onsen, with last entry at 10:30pm, which I really enjoyed. One special highlight is being able to watch planes flying across the sky while soaking — a very unique experience. I believe the daytime view would be even better, but the atmosphere at night is still relaxing. 💆🏻 There is also a massage facility on site. I booked a 30-minute foot massage, which was very comfortable and well done by a professional Japanese therapist. A great option to unwind after a long day. 👨🏼🍳The hotel has two restaurants. One is a buffet-style restaurant — the food was average, acceptable but not particularly memorable. The other is a Japanese–Chinese fusion restaurant. Unfortunately, my experience there was less pleasant. I attempted to walk in for dinner but was told it was reservation-only, despite many empty seats at the time. The interaction felt unwelcoming, which was disappointing. 🏨That said, the overall hotel staff were consistently friendly, polite, and helpful, especially at the front desk. Although this is a well-established, older hotel, it is very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. With its onsen, relaxing environment, and attentive hotel staff, it remains a solid choice for travelers looking for a calm stay in Tokyo.

I chose JAL Hotel for an overnight stay before transferring from Narita to Tahiti the next day. I didn't have high expectations, but I was very satisfied with my stay overall. The room's design was similar to an American inn from twenty years ago, with a lower ceiling, but the room size was quite good for Japan. Besides the usual amenities, the hotel also provided pajamas, a thoughtful touch of Japanese hospitality I've only encountered in luxury brands like Conrad, which shows the hotel's dedication to quality. I would definitely consider staying here again if I come back to Narita.

This is not the first time I am staying at this hotel. Very near to the train station. Lots of shopping area around. Front receptionist can speak and communicate English. Room is spacious enough for 1 pax. If you do not want to be at the downtown Tokyo, this is a good option. Keisei train can go directly to Narita though it is not a direct and fast train. Breakfast served at a small restaurant at level 2 next to Starbucks. Set meal (4 varieties to be chosen from) and some other food at the table can be taken too.

This is the most spacious hotel I've ever stayed at in Japan! 😁👍 The hotel offers a convenient shuttle service to and from the airport. The bus was super handy. There's also a convenience store right next to the lobby, which is great. The room was large, very clean, and the service was excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again if I have a layover or an early morning flight. It's a fantastic hotel with excellent value for money. The only downside is that there's not much around, so it can be a bit boring. Reference: 🌼 A taxi from the hotel to the outlet mall takes about 10 minutes and costs around 6,000 JPY. 🌼 To get to Narita Airport, you can take the airport shuttle and then transfer to the JR line for two stops to Narita Station. There's a scenic area here similar to Kyoto's streets, with plenty of food, drinks, and sights. It's quite nice. You'll need to return the same way or take a taxi.

Hotel was very clean friendly staff went above and beyond location was quiet and unique, did you know they have palm trees in this prefecture? Yes they got palm trees. If you’re looking for a great place to stay away from the choas of Tokyo and cost effective then this place is it! When I do go back to Japan I will definitely be staying here as it was one of the best options I picked, oh and not to mention it’s close to the mitsui outlet mall which has great options to do any type of shopping! You won’t regret staying here and don’t read into the negative reviews because this place was very clean and up to par! 👏🏾

This hotel near Narita Airport is fantastic! The free shuttle to and from the airport made everything so convenient and stress-free. The room was more spacious than typical Japanese hotels, and it was spotlessly clean with no strange odors. The water temperature and pressure in the shower were excellent, and the toiletries had a lovely scent. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, perfectly suited for an early flight. Highly recommended!

The room was exquisite and clean, with no signs of insects or stains. There were complimentary hot beverages by the entrance, and a wide selection of self-service toiletries and tea bags. Compared to hotels in central Tokyo, the price was very reasonable, and it allowed us to explore the nearby Shinsho-ji Temple and Omotesando thoroughly. The nearby shopping malls were also incredibly affordable. I highly recommend staying here for a night if you're visiting Tokyo via Narita.

Didn't enjoy my stay here due to the poor sound proofing. I could hear my neighbours in the middle of the night for both nights I was there (up to 1am and 3am respectively). Had to call the front desk to stop but it didn't help. People were laughing loudly and talking loudly in Japanese. Seems like they gathering there for some party. Breakfast was really bad too. This is the worst hotel breakfast I ever had. Only the view (21F sky lounge venue) was nice. Don't pay extra for this. Room is quite run down and the toilet bathroom as well. Didn't use it but go to the onsen instead. Parking is 1000yen per night and you are allowed to enter and exit many times. Pros: Next building there's a Donki and lawson Opp is a 7-11 Onsen is nice

GGuest UserI arrived quite late and just planned to stay here for one night before continuing my journey, but I ended up having an unexpectedly great experience. First, the hotel's shuttle bus was free and punctual, in excellent condition, and drove smoothly. The driver also helped with luggage loading and unloading, offering very thoughtful service. Second, the hotel environment was pleasant. The lobby was spacious, and there was a luggage delivery service available next to the front desk. The room itself was large, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a nice view. Although the facilities were a bit dated, it was clear that the room had been thoroughly cleaned. The only downside was that the area around the hotel was quite deserted, with no other commercial facilities nearby except for a small convenience store on the hotel's first floor. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

PPiaohubudingExcellent location, directly connected to Shin-Urayasu JR Station. There's a shuttle bus to and from Disney all day long. The only downside is the constant long queues at check-in, it gets really crowded. The free afternoon tea and drinks from 2 PM to 11 PM also attract a massive crowd. Aside from the crowds, the room and everything else were quite good.

GGuest User23 January 2026 I chose to stay here due to the cost, shuttle buses, and restaurants on site. I stayed from 5th January to 19th January 2026. The pickup from the airport was easy. I arrived early and had to wait to check-in at 1500 hours (3:00 p.m.). They accepted my luggage and I got the free bus to Narita Square. Walked around getting the lay out of the area. Free shuttle back to Hotel. Arrived and allowed to check in. They clean the room every other day and provide fresh towels every other day. The wi-fi was strong in all areas. Multi routers & log-in for the areas. The signature restaurant was closed. They have another with limited meals. The breakfast buffet was Japanese with very limited western items. Sausage (hotdogs flavor) French fries (large steak fry cut) poorly seasoned, toast & rolls, coffee & juice. About the 6th or 7th day boiled eggs were available. I tried many of the Japanese dishes and some were favorable and others not. I ate raw tuna daily and it still needs salt, pepper, flour & hot grease. The laundry facilities were clean and worked well. I did note a few areas of concern the smoked area over the lights and HVAC grates/grills needed cleaning. They have a convenience store on premises. I used the airport shuttle to airport to take train to Tokyo.

GGuest UserGreat location for people like us that are going to Tokyo Disneyland and Disneysea. Although there is free transport to the park, it starts late. And if you want to get to the park before it opens, use the local bus. The bus stop is 5 min walk away.

GGuest Userrecently spent five days at this hotel, and overall, my experience was good. While there were areas that could be improved, the stay was comfortable and satisfactory, making it a place I would consider returning to under similar circumstances. From the moment I checked in, the process was smooth and efficient. The front desk staff handled the paperwork quickly, and I was able to get to my room without any delays. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which immediately gave me a sense of ease. Cleanliness is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay, and I was pleased to see that the housekeeping team did a consistent job throughout my visit. The bed linens were fresh, the bathroom spotless, and the overall atmosphere of the room felt welcoming. Breakfast was included in my stay, and while it was convenient to have this option, I did notice that the variety was quite similar each day. For all five mornings, the offerings were largely the same—bread, eggs, fruit, and a few hot items. While everything was prepared adequately and tasted fine, I would have appreciated a bit more diversity in the menu to keep things interesting. After several days, the repetition became noticeable. That said, the dining area was clean, and the staff ensured that food was replenished promptly, which made the experience pleasant despite the lack of variety. Service throughout the hotel was average. The staff were polite and professional, but I did not feel that they went above and beyond to make the stay exceptional. Requests were handled, but sometimes with a delay or without the warmth that can make a guest feel truly valued. For example, when I asked for extra towels, they were delivered, but only after a longer wait than expected. Similarly, while the staff were courteous, they did not engage much beyond the basics. This level of service was acceptable, but it lacked the personal touch that distinguishes a good hotel from a great one. The facilities of the hotel were functional and met my needs. The lobby was tidy, and the common areas were kept in good condition.

SSecaiweilan[Transportation] From Haneda Airport, you can take Bus No. 6 directly to the hotel entrance. You need to buy tickets first at the self-service machine. Our 6:30 PM bus was full, so we had to wait for the 7:30 PM one. From the hotel to AEON Mall, there's a free shuttle bus service (the drop-off point is directly opposite the mall). You can eat, visit the supermarket, and there's also a small tax-free pharmacy, which is very convenient. The hotel front desk provides a timetable. It includes schedules for going to Land and Sea. There's also a timetable for buses from the hotel to the airport; just snap a photo of it in the lobby, make an online reservation in advance, and then simply scan the QR code to board the airport bus the next day – very convenient. [Hotel] The room was very quiet. The hotel has its own restaurant. We checked in at 9:30 PM on our first night, and the restaurant still accommodated us and prepared four set meals. The service was excellent, and the food tasted good too. Great value for money, no need to stay in the expensive city center. I'll definitely come again next time!
