"The room was spotless with three beds, perfect for a family of three, and everyone slept comfortably. It was the cheapest accommodation I've found in Japan. The facilities were brand new and had everything you could need, no need to bring your own. You can pick up Sekkisei cosmetics, combs, toothbrushes, razors, tea bags, and coffee from the lobby on the second floor. There's also a free public bath on the 14th floor, which was incredibly relaxing. The location is super convenient too; the JR Makuhari Station is right out the back door, and there's a Mitsui Outlet Park nearby for easy shopping. No more lugging heavy bags around, you can just take your purchases straight back to the hotel. Plus, we even got to see fireworks from the hotel this time! 🎆"

"The room was impeccably clean. The bedding and toiletries provided were very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and offered a wide variety. There's also a hot spring bath (onsen) on the first floor, which was a pleasant surprise. I was very satisfied with my stay. This hotel is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. It's conveniently located very close to Naritasan Temple, which features a calligraphy exhibition and a beautiful park – perfect for a relaxing stroll."

"When the new station opened in 2023, the hotel wasn't built yet, so I finally had a chance to experience it this time. The hotel is very close to the JR station, truly living up to its 'JR to hotel' name. The lobby on the first floor has direct access to a convenience store, which is exclusively for hotel guests after 10 PM. The room is spacious and well-equipped, even featuring an electric massage chair. The mini-fridge had complimentary juice, soda, and chocolates, and a free bottle of water was provided daily. The bathroom was very comfortable, perfect for a relaxing bath. The only downside is that the hotel doesn't have direct access to the adjacent mall, and for laundry, definitely avoid selecting wash and dry together; the best solution is to wash separately and dry separately. If I have the chance again, this hotel will be my top choice in the Mihama area because the transportation and accommodation experience were truly excellent."

It's very close to Maihama Station, making travel convenient, and it's a hundred times quieter than the Hilton across the street. "The hotel is still very new and clean. The breakfast is quite good value for the price. The coffee and drinks aren't great, but there's a 24-hour Lawson convenience store in the lobby, which is handy. You can also take the airport shuttle bus to the terminal for meals, with buses running every 15 minutes or so. There's no free bottled water in the rooms, but you can bring your own bottle and fill it up at the water dispenser in the lobby on the first floor."

"The response of the receptionist was very good. I think the customer service of other staff 々 was also good. The room was clean and the bath was good. Unfortunately, it was a pity that the Wi-Fi environment was not in place and it did not reach the bedroom. Also, the big negative point is that there are two large holes in the toilet wall and it has not been repaired. Perhaps the previous customer opened and closed the door, and the doorknob hit the wall and it was concave, but I thought it was not good to keep it as it was. It is a plus to enjoy the service and cleanliness, the morning market the next morning, and there are many restaurants around, but unfortunately I will negative it because of Wi-Fi and wall holes."

This is in fact, our second stay at this hotel - Hirose and Sato were very friendly and welcoming!  The hotel is close to the station, They even have on onsen after tiring shopping day! This is just a standard budget hotel near the airport, yet with taxes, it cost over 900 RMB. Maybe that's just how expensive things are in Japan. The main issue was that the room's cleanliness, facilities, and overall environment were quite average. The only upside is that it's incredibly close to Narita Airport, and there's a free shuttle bus that takes you directly there – it's literally just two turns and you're there in 5 minutes.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The top choice for a Disneyland trip! Incredibly convenient and amazing value for money. I specifically booked this hotel for my Disneyland trip, and the overall experience far exceeded my expectations. It's a fantastic value-for-money option near Disney, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Disneyland. 🔹 Transportation & Location As an official Disneyland partner hotel, the free shuttle bus is incredibly convenient! It goes directly to both Disneyland and DisneySea parks, takes just over ten minutes, and runs frequently without needing reservations. Even if you stay until closing, getting back to the hotel is easy – no need to cram onto a subway or find a taxi. The hotel is directly connected to JR Shin-Urayasu Station, making it easy to get to the city center. The surrounding area has a strong local vibe, unlike the desolate feeling of some pure resort areas. 🔹 Hotel Service The service attitude was excellent, and the staff were all very attentive. Check-in was efficient, and any issues were addressed quickly. There were also free snacks in the lobby, which was a nice touch after a long day of playing – a small detail that really added to the experience. 🔹 Facilities & Surroundings The biggest surprise was finding a 24-hour Lawson convenience store right inside the hotel! Coming back from Disneyland late at night, I could just head downstairs. Their yakitori is absolutely delicious, and it instantly boosted my happiness. There are also plenty of surrounding malls and restaurants, offering a rich variety of dining and shopping options. Daily needs like haircuts and buying cosmetics can all be met, and it's more affordable than in central Tokyo, giving it a very authentic local living feel. 🔹 Room Experience The room was clean and tidy, with all the necessary facilities. While it's not a luxury hotel, it was very comfortable to stay in, and the soundproofing was good, allowing for a proper rest after a tiring day. In summary, staying here for a Disneyland trip is definitely a no-brainer. Both convenience and value for money are top-notch. I'll choose this hotel again next time I visit Tokyo for Disneyland.

the gym was randomly super good?! we might’ve come earlier if we knew there were so many amenities. near nothing but the shuttle buses are pretty good. room was big :) originally our room had a vomit smell but they upgraded us after we complained 😅 so no complaints there didn’t visit the famima tho there was one inhouse. if i can stay here again, i will!

Highly recommend this hotel! The shuttle bus makes it super convenient to get to both the mainland attractions and the ocean. The AEON mall nearby is great for shopping and grabbing a bite to eat. The hotel staff are all very friendly, and the breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. It's an excellent choice, and I'd definitely recommend it to friends. The value for money is exceptional, and the four-person bed was very comfortable. Plus, there's a Komeda Coffee right across the street, and the supermarket has plenty of options for a late-night snack back at the hotel.

International Resort Hotel was such a huge resort with good amenities and delicious foods. Good thing about this resort, it has a shuttle that can drop you off from the airport to the hotel and vice versa. It has 7 Eleven inside as well which is very convenient for us.

The hotel is an older building but remains very clean and well-kept. I was lucky enough to get a room facing the trees, which was very relaxing. The front desk team is fantastic, fluent in English. A special thank you to Chen at the front desk for the warm welcome and amazing help!Guests get free access to a 24-hour gym, and they also have a highly convenient self-service coin laundry, though the laundry room itself was a bit dirty/messy The free shuttle bus to the airport, train station, and town is a massive convenience. The only downside is the bed, which is quite old and could use an update. Highly recommend for the value!

I was thrilled to find my room included a washer. The refrigerator and hot plate were helpful too. The bathroom was fine with a high sided tub and shower. The shower only worked when handheld, it would not stay in the holder attached to the wall. The bed was very comfortable with soft linens. I slept well during my stay. The hotel has a free Disney shuttle. It stops at multiple properties and was packed the morning I took it to Disney Sea. I opted to take a local bus back to the hotel. The local bus service is great. Every driver was helpful and confirmed my directions before I paid for my ride. The 7-Eleven near by is an easy walk and has loads of delicious food options. Overall I was happy with my stay.

The facilities are excellent and the conditions are superb, plus there's a sea view. The breakfast quality is incredibly high, almost impeccable. My only suggestion: Currently, the hotel provides a video showing the pick-up spot for the return shuttle from Disneyland. However, by the time you leave Disneyland, it's already dark and hard to see the way. Also, after a full day of fun, foreign tourists might have run out of battery or data. I recommend simply providing a Google Maps location. This way, it can be navigated offline.

My overall stay was absolutely perfect! The room was spotless, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I slept really soundly at night. The front desk staff were warm and polite, and check-in and check-out were very quick. Any requests were handled promptly. The location is convenient, making it easy to find places to eat and get around. It's fantastic value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time. Highly recommended!
