Multiple stays, the room is good, there are restaurants around, Turkey, Italy, Thailand, local dishes, taste good. But the room does not provide water, there are rewe, dm, muller can buy nearby, the water at the front desk is careful to drink, it is easy to drink spoilage
Really a very cost-effective hotel, the room is the same as the picture introduced (forgot to take a photo) the surrounding environment is great, the air is super good! You can take a walk to the forest to breathe fresh air, the pedestrian street is also very good, say back to the hotel, the service is very good, the cleaning is very clean, the breakfast is also very rich, the children do not want to go, but because the room can not continue to live, it is a pity!
Had a lovely stay for a concert here. Super friendly stuff, got me a free upgrade and put me on the same floor as a friend, which was super nice. Very clean, very comfy. Would definitely come back here again.

The hotel is nice, but the description on the platform is false, and the so-called ”runway view room” is a false name.
I searched for all room types on the hotel's official website, and there was no ”Superior room with runway view” option. From beginning to end, there was only the ”park view room” option (as shown in the picture). And there is no ”runway view room” option on other English and German software platforms.
Currently, only Ctrip claims to have runway view rooms, but they do not exist at all.
The view outside the so-called ”runway view” window is completely blocked by another hotel, and the runway cannot be seen at all (as shown in the picture). Before checking in, the front desk also specifically reminded that ”the view does not see the runway”. I thought it meant that the viewing angle of the runway was not good, but I didn't expect the actual situation to be: the runway cannot be seen at all, not even a little corner.
I really don't know why it can be called a ”runway view room” on Ctrip. It is unacceptable. And based on the perspective, the entire hotel probably cannot see the runway.
In addition, this led to a dispute between me and the hotel, which wasted an hour of my time. I wanted to give the hotel a bad review on Google, but I found out that there was no ”runway view room” on the hotel's official website. All this came from false advertising on Ctrip.

An Uber ride from Frankfurt Airport costs around 14 euros one-way, which is very convenient. Car rental pick-up and drop-off were also quite easy. The hotel is relatively new, so its facilities are modern and well-equipped, even including a kettle. A Rewe supermarket is also conveniently located right downstairs from the hotel, which is a huge bonus!
The room was quite small, but that's typical for European hotels. For the price, it was decent. Despite its size, it had all the essential facilities, so I'd still recommend it. The breakfast was also okay.
The hotel is located about 1 km from the subway station, which is a 15-20 minute walk. The room size was adequate, but amenities were basic, lacking a kettle and a microwave. The soundproofing wasn't great either; loud conversations from neighbors upstairs, downstairs, or next door were quite audible. However, the cleanliness was consistently very good. But honestly, for less than 50 euros, what more could you really ask for? At such an unbeatable price, minor flaws are easily overlooked. The hotel also features an on-site gym, which is a fantastic bonus. It's truly a king of value for money.

The hotel is incredibly close to the airport, easily within walking distance. Alternatively, a taxi ride is just 10-15 Euros, which is still very convenient. You'll find supermarkets and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The hotel facilities are very new and modern, and breakfast offers hot food options.

Great
CChinI thought this place was fine. It was clean. The gym was a little bit lacking, but it was really cheap compared to other options of this level room was smallish, but plenty enough for solar travel and probably larger than most at this price and location.
GGuest UserI've travelled more than 100 countries todate and have stayed in more than 15 different hotels in Germany. In terms of service level, the hotel staff during check in wasn't that friendly nor warm at all. The Staff even took deposit on my debit without informing me (she only mention about hotel tax). She only inform me after I noticed EUR80 being deducted and asked her about it.
On the day I left on 26th Apr at around 6am, there was only 1 staff at the counter but he was at the crew only counter. He rejected my request to store my luggage with the hotel even though I will be returning in a week's time and check in again on 2nd May. He didn't even bother to check my next booking and simply told me to store it at the airport.
The hotel also deducted hotel tax for 2 persons even though I was the only one checking in on 24th Apr. I emailed the hotel about this and agreed to rectify this overcharge (by the hotel) when I check in on 2 May.
Unfortunately, I injured my ankle on 28th Apr while travelling around Munich and have not recovered since. As it is very inconvenient for me to drag my big luggage together with an in injured leg (I have been limping), I had to book Hilton hotel which is located much closer to the train station and the airport. Obviously, Steigenberger rejected my cancellation request since the booking is non cancellation.
Well, for the sake of my poor ankle, I have no choice but to forgo the close to US$400/- paid upfront to the hotel. But never never again will I ever book this hotel again.
Btw, Staff at Hilton and the other hotels I've stayed in the last 1 week were much more friendlier and helpful. Hilton is even willing to store my luggage for 12 days.
LLukas MariusI booked the room with breakfast but the hotel said it was 28euro per night extra so I didn’t use the breakfast but the breakfast according to my booking was included I feel cheated for my money with this. Booking a room for 168euro and includes breakfast for three then in the end I didn’t use the service since the service agent at the counter was not professional and told me it’s not including breakfast.
Also I tried to call the counter for the whole day and no one picked up the phone. Very disappointed and even though the location and room was great I will not be coming back due to this.
GGuest UserThe room is bright, comfortable and spacious, and the surrounding is very quiet. Traveling is also very convenient, there is a supermarket ALDI, and the hotel provides free bar drinks. Very close to the city.
AAnonymous UserThe room was generally clean. However, the addition of a sofa bed made the space feel a little cramped. Breakfast offered a decent variety. The location is very convenient for transport, with bus route 37 stopping right outside and providing direct access to the main train station.

Great
SSoul PhilosopherI recently stayed at the Best Western Hotel Frankfurt Airport and had a mostly pleasant experience. The apartment-style hotel room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a comfortable king-size bed that made for a restful night. The room’s design felt more like a cozy apartment than a typical hotel, which was a nice touch for extended stays.
The only downside during our visit was that the air conditioning wasn’t working, which made the room a bit uncomfortable, especially during warmer weather. However, the hotel’s convenient location more than made up for this. Although there isn't a shuttle service to the airport, the train station is just a short 3-minute ride away from Frankfurt International Airport, making it very easy to reach.
Overall, it’s a great option for those looking for comfort and convenience close to the airport, as long as the aircon issue is resolved.
LLiSilviaNice and clean room. Not too spacious but sufficient for 1 person. I liked the shower head, but the shower is far from leak proof and half of the bathroom floor gets wet every time.
Gym was most simplistic. But anyways good to keep moving even when on the road.
Staffs were friendly. However, I asked for early check in in my booking, yet I received no acknowledgment of receipt, and of course was denied a room when I arrive at 10am after landing at 7. Would be nice if I were notified of the rejection of early check in, as I would’ve booked for one more day.
Can’t say much for the location though as we had full day meetings and were always traveling by coach bus or uber.
JJunieThe pool and sauna are not run by the hotel. Several other parties have also told me they experienced the same rudeness as myself.
The pool and sauna + gym are overrun with angry patrons (it is a paid health club shared with the hotel), all of whom despise hotel guests sharing their facilities. It is NOT a family friendly amenity at all.
The staff (swimming instructor) yelled at my toddler for using equipment adjacent the pool. There were no signs indicating this was not to be used by hotel guests.
When confronted, the man was extremely rude and obnoxious, stating the floaties were his and not for public or hotel use.
I pointed out there is no signage whatsoever.
The hotel itself, however, is exceptional.
Just dont use the pool area unless you want to be screamed at.

JJulieta De FranceschiWhat I liked about the Lyf Hotel was its communal workspaces, the kitchen that can be used throughout the day, and the meeting and conference space, which is really good. The gardens weren’t used much because of the cold. The vegan restaurant was always full, though I didn’t try it. The room is comfortable for one or two people—at least the one I booked.
The location is good, in the Ostende area, with several restaurants and cafés nearby, including a very good Italian and a Vietnamese place. It’s an office district, so there are plenty of options, and public transportation is not far. It takes about 15 minutes by taxi to get to the exhibition center. The hotel itself is quite private.
I didn’t like that, under the justification of being sustainable, they don’t clean the room until the third night. So if you book for fewer nights, be aware of this. I had to request cleaning multiple times, and the staff, since they often work in replacement shifts, didn’t always communicate well with each other. It wasn’t until the manager stepped in that they finally cleaned the room.
Additionally, they charge an extra €2 per day on top of the reservation, something to keep in mind for longer stays.
