Convenient transportation, thoughtful service, clean rooms, and the mattress is very Hilton style, which is replaced quarterly. This time it is used from April to June, and it is comfortable to sleep. It is worth mentioning that the small dishes and noodles for breakfast in the hotel are good, and I personally think they are delicious.

Booked through Ctrip, and they really treat Ctrip guests well. The staff were super friendly, and our room even got upgraded! A special shout-out to Xiao Song at the Grand Hyatt's front desk – her service was incredibly fast. She responded to our requests within literally 10 seconds, which was amazing. Also, even though the Grand Hyatt opened in 2019, the hotel is really well-maintained. It was quite busy during the Chinese New Year, but there were five or six staff members at the entrance helping with luggage and assisting kids getting in and out, which was a really nice touch. The room was huge and spacious, and despite the hotel being a bit older, there were no strange odors. I'll definitely stay at the Grand Hyatt again next time I'm in Hefei.

The service is OK and handled in a timely manner. Let's focus on breakfast! Two days include breakfast. There is a conflict between the children's breakfast fare when checking in on the day and the actual payment on the second day. The staff explained that it was the difference between booking on the day and booking in advance. The fruit in the restaurant is on the edge. The fruit on the first and second days is exactly the same, but the watermelon on the second day is sour (could it be left over from the previous day?). Also, during the meal, I saw an elementary school student picking up food with his bare hands in the snack area and putting it back, repeatedly. This is not good... This is a bit... The taste is salty, suitable for friends with heavy tastes. Overall, the experience is average. Thanks to the concierge yuanyuan in the lobby on the first floor today (the badge is too small to see what is written, only the pronunciation of the introduction)

Highly recommend the InterContinental Hefei! 👍 It's centrally located by Swan Lake, close to Anhui Museum, Hechai 1972, and Leijie, making getting around super convenient 🚗. The room was spacious and comfortable 🛏️, equipped with an air purifier, and the bathroom was clean with no strange odors 🚿. Our dedicated butler was fantastic, providing attentive and thoughtful service 💁. They proactively offered us a quiet, non-smoking floor and even helped us order food and deliver it to our room 🍜. The kids were tired from sightseeing and were able to enjoy a meal as soon as we got back. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious 🍳; even though there were many people, everything was well-organized, and they even had some special Hefei snacks. Overall, a perfect experience! Kudos to all the staff. Staying here with kids in Hefei was incredibly stress-free. We received a lovely welcome gift upon check-in and a fridge magnet when we left, which made us very happy. Highly, highly recommend! ✨

This is our family’s second stay in a row in such a warm and nice place in a modern and historic city Luan. We absolutely enjoy everything the city and Wanxi hotel has offered us. We booked a suite with a 270-degree view, with a river on one side and a city view on the other, which was great. Sunny in the lobby was very friendly when we checked in. She took the initiative to introduce us to the surrounding delicacies, wrote them down in detail on a small piece of paper, and sent us some fruit. The breakfast on the second day was also very rich. I especially want to say that because my second sister Hongdou had red bean paste in Wuhu the day before, I saw it in the hotel this morning, so I was very excited. However, I felt that there were not enough red beans, so I asked the waiter Mavis if I could add some red beans. I thought it was impossible, but the enthusiastic Mavis immediately went to the kitchen to look for it, and found that there were only cold red beans, so she immediately helped us steam them, so that we could enjoy a very satisfying breakfast. Thanks again to the two above.

From the moment I arrived, the customer service at the Shangri-La Hotel in Hefei was impeccable, with staff anticipating every need. I was very satisfied with the room when I checked in for the first time. Kiwi has membership, and there are ice cream and popcorn in front of it for free. All kinds of ice cream are really worth it, and the cost performance is very high. The breakfast is also very rich. If you need to stay in a hotel, you can go directly to Jasmine Moon Bay Hotel. The staff are very kind.

Huge thanks to Li Danni at the front desk for the warm welcome and for the complimentary upgrade to a suite with an unbeatable river view. The hotel is an older, well-established property, but it's very well-maintained, so there's no need to worry about cleanliness. It's within walking distance of Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street and Wuhu Ancient City, where you can enjoy the 'Guangde Three Treasures' without the queues. The hotel breakfast is incredibly rich and varied, and the staff are all very enthusiastic and attentive.
